This property is situated steps away from a beautiful beach with hardpacked sand for beach strolling and warm waters for safe ocean swimming. This beach is private and secluded and safe. The home is situated in a secure, private, gated community on a large estate lot with colourful tropical gardens and an amazingly spectular view of the Pacific Ocean.
The home is well appointed with every amenity available for cooking, playing and enjoying! It is situated within an upscale community with an area clubhouse. There are ocean views from every room in the house and a large terraced ocean-front outdoor living area. There are 3 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and an outdoor and indoor living and dining area.
Relax and enjoy as a perfect destination for a family, with friends or just a quiet couple.
While the home itself offers peace and tranquility with the sound of ocean waves, birds and wildlife, the surrounding area offers adventure and fun!
The area inside and around the gated community remains unspoiled and wild with deserted beaches, abundant wildlife and spectacular hillside vistas.. There are many wonderful activities to partake in such as Deep Sea and Shore Fishing, Scuba Diving, Snorkelling, Surfing, Hiking and Exploring, Horseback Riding, Birdwatching and Wldlife Vewing. The area offers many quaint restaurants in Boutique Hotels and even family back porches! The Province of Chiriqui offers Whitewater Rafting, Canopy Ziplining, Rainforest Hiking, Birdwatching Tours, Coffee Tours, Golf, River Swimming and Hot Springs and a Big City for great Shopping, Casinos and Movie Theatres.
