“A wonderful place for renewal” Olga and Pat's home in South Haven is exactly that..a haven of lovely peace and quiet, but with wonderful options nearby. Their home is decorated by Olga with her incredible sense of taste and practicality, fully stocked with every amenity that one could wish, plus super comfy beds. I love the reading nook adjacent to the master bedroom, a cozy spot on rainy days. Location is perfect; two short blocks to the lake and beaches; also close to town and nearby restaurants and markets. The property is exquisitely landscaped, with a backyard that offers a variety of activities. Olga and Pat are a down-to-earth couple, friendly and very accommodating. We absolutely loved Sabina's Sandcastle and hope to return soon.

Fabulous lake front home

Can't say enough good things about this property. The photos don't do it justice. The house itself is spacious with plenty of beds and space for everyone to spread out. The kitchen is well equipped with the basics and beyond. Seems like every day we discovered a new feature we hadn't realized was there. Having the boats (2 kayaks, 2 paddle boats, and 1 canoe) available to use whenever we wanted them was awesome. And our son proposed to his girlfriend on the dock and she said yes! It was a great place to stay for our group! Plenty of bedrooms and space. No central air but the A/C units kept us pretty cool. My husband and I ended up being in the bedroom with many windows and it faces the front of the house. It would be nice if they added some curtains for privacy and light. I believe the rest of the bedrooms had curtains. We would stay here again! … see more

Great base for family for beach time

Cute place, convenient location, safe neighborhood. Easy walk to Kid's Corner and blue stairs (about 10 minutes with 2 toddlers and a wagon in tow). Kitchen had all basic amenities: dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster. There is also a washer/dryer, which was super nice. Thought it looked a bit better than the photos represent. Driveway is huge. Nice little patch of green in the back and a small fire pit with 4 person patio and a grill. For the price, doesn't get better. Will look into staying here in the future. … see more

Perfect place to stay.

Could not have been more pleased with how clean, comfortable, fully equipped and beautifully decorated my family found Sabinas Sandcastle. Beautiful yard to enjoy the outside and what a lovely neighborhood too and close to the lake and town. Olga our host was beyond helpful with suggestions and very generous to us.
