Enjoy your temporary stay living like a local in a very convenient place to relax and have fun -on vacation - or some weeks on busines.GET READY TO BE BLOWN AWAY by the splendid vistas from the floor to ceiling windows of this brand new,bright,sunny one bedroom apartment.This amazing 14th floor modern duplex is right in the middle of trendy and fun Palermo Hollywood neighborhood, on Fitz Roy Street, with all the best coffee shops,restauranhts,pizzerias,pubs and design shops.A brand new building with 2 swimming pools,one on ground floor and the other on 26th floor invites you to enjoy panoramic and astonishing views of the city. Entering into the 14th floor apartment there is a bright living-dining room with a comfortable sofa,a glass table and 4 chairs for dining,looking at maps,writing a journal or eating gourmet meal.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertop,an electric stove,a full sized fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and plenty of cookware.
The apartment is equipped with Internet, Wi-Fi ,Flat screen TV,air conditioning, safe box, telephone.
You will enjoy the city even when you are at home resting in the large private wooden balcony with outdoor table and chairs enjoying a romantic dinner or simply admiring the magnificent views .
Stairs lead from this area to the city view bedroom with a queen-sized bed. The mattress may be split from a queen to two twins if desired. There is a complete bathroom.Hair dryer,towels and linens are provided.
