Description

This beautiful 3-bedroom home, located near the famous Shawnee Mountain Ski Area and the scenic Bushkill Falls, makes for the perfect family vacation. The immediate Pocono Mountain surroundings offer hiking, fishing, bike riding, horseback riding, golf, skiing, camping, and other recreational activities.

The house is located within the Pocono Mountain Lake Estates Community, and residents have complimentary access to local amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, Jacuzzi, tennis courts, game room for children, and an exercise room. A 5-minute walk from the house, you can enjoy a tranquil lake with a sandy beach (lifeguard on duty in summer months). Next to the lake is a playground and picnic area with barbecue pits.

This comfortable mountain retreat has a large living room with a working fireplace and an entertainment center with a 52" LCD TV, DVD, satellite cable, and stereo. Large windows surround the room, so you can watch the sun rise and set. A spacious dining room comfortably sits eight people, and the kitchen is stocked with quality appliances and utensils (toaster, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, plates, pans, etc.). All you need to bring is the food.

Hot tub with 112 jets ,weber gas grill, and backyard furniture for dining and sunbathing. You can enjoy the deer that frequent the grounds while cooking diner.

The first floor also has two bedrooms (one queen size and one full size) and one bathroom. The second floor master bedroom has a queen size bed, walk-in closet, and a 43" LCD TV and VCR. The spacious master bathroom rounds out the second floor has sauna, shower, and whirlpool tub that fits two very comfortably.

The whole house has central air so even on the hottest days you can stay cool inside. The basement has a washer, dryer, pool table, and a small gym with 3 exercise machines.

I provide freshly cleaned sheets, blankets, and towels. The house is always immaculate because I have a cleaning service that comes right before you arrive.

Response from the owner He came up with this review when he did not receive it on time his $50.00 security deposit.His mail was lost in post office and he get mail after 5-6 days.I have professional cleaning every time when customer are living and all appliances in good and working condition. He is very angry and not honest men.
