Description

This condo is first class living, it's adobe style at its best. The view is spectacular overlooking the city of Cotacachi, enjoy the night lights of the city and wake up to a beautiful view of the volcanos with colorful clouds from heaven glazing the tips of the volcanos from the front and back views. What a site to wake up to every morning the view is always different and spectacular.

This is a two bedroom, two baths, fully furnished with everything needed, such as kitchen supplies, all Appliances , Towels, wash cloths, Sheets, etc. There is an alarm system so you feel safe. It is a mile from town and the taxis will cost you $2.00 each way. There is a TV to watch with a DVD to watch movies. This is a fairly new development and there is still a few units for sale. The Community building has a complete gym. the town of Cotacachi is often called leather town, because it has very nice leather products, such as purses, wallets, Belts, etc. this development sits between two inactive Volcanoes . This wonderful development is new and the condos here are lovely. The views are awesome, over looking the city lights and the beautiful volcanoes. You will never want to leave. maid service is only $10 per day if you want it. The Taxis cost from Quito airport to my Condo is $60.00 each way. It is approximately one and half hour ride. There are many things to do and see in this area of Ecuador. Water falls, Hot mineral Springs, known as the healing baths. 15 minutes to Otavalo where the indigenous market is located. Hiking, fishing, many tours to keep you busy. I know you will enjoy this area of a Ecuador.

Response from the owner Hi Gerald, I am sorry you had so many issues. I have a new manager that speaks English and will be able to communicate with clients that don't speak any Spanish. Also related to the Internet, that will be on continuous , so hopefully that will solve that issue. Really nothing I can do about dogs outside of development or the biting flys. Related to the gunshots , our guards are extremely safe conscious and if they hear something out of ordinary they will fire a gun shot in up in the air. You are right it is beautiful here, and the views are great, the people are sweet and kind. The cost of living is about 25% of the cost in the USA if you can adjust to not having everything perfect. But if relocating keep in mine it is very different than living in the USA. If your just vacationing here, it is a wonderful experience.
