Quaint Cape Cod cottage on a lightly traveled dirt road and just 3/10 miles to shared private beach. Dine on the screened porch or el fresco on the 12 x 16 deck equipped with charcoal grill, lawn furniture and picnic table. (*Note bathroom is shower only). Charcoal grill only. Other amenities include cable, Wifi, window a/c in each bedroom, flat screen television, microwave and toaster oven.

Response from the manager Thank you for taking the time to review our home at 27 Longell. We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay. When booking 27 Longell we do have a conversation with each person letting them know the overall condition of the home. We do disclose the home's age and condition, including the dated furniture and appliances. Looking back at your reservation, we do have notes confirming we had this conversation with you. Regarding the sink in the bathroom, we did have a conversation with the owner and they have agreed to replace it for the 2017 season. We are here 7 days a week and 24 hours a day for emergency issues. We would have been happy to address any concerns while you were staying in the home. All of the homes at Martha Murray Vacation Rentals are required to have a microwave. If we were made aware of this issue, we would have brought over a microwave immediately. We will be sure there is a microwave in the home for the 2017 season. Again we are sorry to hear you were not happy during your stay. Going forward if you are interested in staying with us, we do show our homes throughout the winter season. You are more than welcome to come and view our homes before making a reservation..
