“Family loved beach house” We have been vacationing at the Cape for years but this wonderful home has won our hearts. The grand kids look forward to walking back and forth to the sandy beach. The evenings are just spectacular looking at the constellations from the great decking. Every year there is a new family of osprey birds in the large nest located just yards away in the natural environment of trees and a pond within view of the house. We witness the care the parents give to the birds as they feed them fresh fish caught from the pond and listen to their cries for more fish and their return. We will return to recapture our memories of our family and celebrate those who are no longer with us.

“Very comfortable house. Lots of room” This is a great house. Plenty of room. Love the central a/c and the porch in the back. Very quiet neighborhood and an easy ride to the beach. The house is very well stocked with kitchen tools etc. if I have one word of advice it would be to empty out the bureau drawers and closets to make room for the guests clothing etc.

“Lovely, very well equipped home. Thoughtful owners” My in laws stayed in this home while we stayed in another, and we found 163 to be just perfect for them! There was plenty of space, lovely grounds and a great deck. The owners seemed to have thought of everything. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need (including spices!) and there were dozens of folding chairs in the garage. The house is homey and comfortable and has a pretty view of the marsh with plenty of open space around it. It's a fairly short walk to the beach which worked out well because we never drove to the beach and avoided having to pay for parking. It was helpful having a main floor bedroom since my mother and father in law have trouble climbing stairs. The only small drawback is the fact that you could only access the main floor bathroom through the bedroom. My mother in law didn't mind but anyone on the main floor wishing to use the bathroom, had to walk though her bedroom. It would have helped if there were 2 bathrooms on the main floor. Otherwise it was a really fine house!

“38 Teal vacation” Property was clean and very well kept. Very spacious and comfortable for our family of five. The items in the home were as advertised. The realtor was very helpful with any questions. The location was central to W. Dennis beach area. Teal Circle is a very quiet and private area. We were very happy with our selection of properties for our 2014 family vacation.

About West Dennis
West Dennis is known for its wide range of historical attractions, art galleries, and festivals that celebrate the diversity and beauty of the area. Enjoy the water attractions and sports centered along Sesuit Harbor, try fresh New England seafood at one of the fine restaurants along Main Street, or sample some of the best art in the area at the galleries along Route 6A.

Although there are plenty of events and festivals to enjoy just outside of Dennis year-round, the two main events in the village itself are held during the summer. Watch some of the best windsurfers in the area ride the waves during Windfest in mid-June, or sample the plays, poetry and music of the area during the Eventide Art Festival, which also takes place in June.
A vacation rental is the preferred option for those staying in West Dennis. With homes ranging from condos just steps from the beach, to luxury villas with high-end amenities and all the creature comforts of home, there's a property available to help you get the most out of your time on Cape Cod.
There's plenty to do in West Dennis for a vacation, but the town also serves as a base for exploring some of the other popular spots along the Cape. Drive 20 minutes to the souvenir shops and fine restaurants of Hyannis, or travel an hour east to stroll the cobblestone streets and experience the vibrant nightlife of Provincetown.
