Complimentary BEACH SERVICE Set up provided daily from March 1 through November 30 for my guests. Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, and wagon still provided at the house, but now my guests will have a reserved section on the beach with daily chair/umbrella service! (2 full sets)
'Sand Dollar' has an elegant coastal design with Pottery Barn & Designer furnishings throughout. Beautiful Brazilian cherry floors in the main living area and kitchen add warmth and sophistication to this design. This home is meticulously maintained- Please read my reviews from previous guests.
The unique set up of this home offers not only an open floor plan on the 1st level, but also extra large bedroom suites which make traveling with a group enjoyable! Picture yourself gathering in the great room while cooking, watching TV or reading a book, then retreating to your own suite for some privacy.
The kitchen is over-sized and one of the largest in the area (30' wide). There is plenty of room for several cooks and is fully stocked with small appliances and everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. The dining table seats 10-12 guests is open to the kitchen and living areas.
Bedroom 1: 1st Floor - Features 2 Queen beds, large TV, separate sitting area and overlooks the pool area. (Full size cot in closet)
Bedroom 2: 2nd Floor - Master with king canopy bed, sitting area with Pottery Barn queen sleeper sofa, TV, writing desk and large private balcony complete with rocking chairs. The spa like master bathroom includes a walk in glass shower, Jacuzzi tub and double vanity with teak accessories.
Bedroom 3: 2nd Floor - Master suite # 2 also features a king bed, sitting area with Pottery Barn queen sleeper sofa, built in writing desk, large TV and overlooks the pool area. (+Full size cot in closet)
Bedroom 4: 2nd Floor - Bunk bed with Full on bottom/ Twin on top, TV and games.
The guest cottage provides a romantic retreat with two rooms accessed separately through french doors, a full bathroom, walk in closet and kitchenette complete with mini refrigerator, microwave, sink, toaster and Keurig coffee maker.

Bedroom 6: Daybed with pull out trundle (2 Twin mattresses)

The lushly landscaped backyard offers a serene area to relax by the pool. A built in Hammock, Rainfall outdoor shower, reclining lounge chairs, 2 dining tables & a gas grill for outdoor cookouts. Bikes, Pool floats, toys and beach gear are included for your enjoyment.
The private, heated, Grecian style pool ranges from 3-5' deep and is surrounded by Pavers (with built in lighting) giving you plenty of room to relax in the sun and an elegant evening ambiance.

Crystal Beach is a Lower Density area with two public beach accesses just a short walk away. One access includes a covered pavilion and restrooms -the only one in the area where Beach service set up will be provided for my guests in 2019!
Take a short stroll down the beach to the Crab trap Restaurant for a cold drink & appetizers at the beach bar. Camille's restaurant is just around the corner and is a great place for fresh seafood and sushi.
Whether you're looking to reconnect with family & friends, relax poolside, or take a bike ride on the quiet streets, this house has all the amenities to provide a memorable week at the beach.
