Description

Paraiso (means paradise) is just steps away from the sugar white sand beaches and gorgeous emerald waters of Destin, Florida. We are located within the gated community of Villages of Crystal Beach subdivision, a tropical, family-oriented community of upscale homes, situated 2 blocks from the Gulf of Mexico. Walk the 500 yards to the beach, or hop on the free, seasonal trolley (spring break, Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day Weekend). We are also located across from Destin Commons, which features over 100 shops and restaurants, movie theater and pop-up water fountains - always popular with the kids.

The pool and spa area is unbelievable, something you'd find in a world class resort. The lagoon style pool is 30,000 square feet of gorgeous, sparkling clean water, with a walk-in area, three waterfalls, spa and lavish landscaping, and plenty of sitting areas for your group to enjoy. It also has surround sound, a flat screen TV, and a Tiki Bar to help you relax and get in the beach groove.

House is completely appointed with everything you'll need while renting! It is nicely furnished and beautifully decorated with all new mattresses, beds, bedding and furniture. Downstairs has bamboo flooring and kitchen and bathrooms all have granite countertops and nice cabinetry.

You will enjoy the two master suites available, the one on the first floor has a double vanity, Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The second master is on the second floor, with its own bathroom and shower. The two masters allow for two families to stay comfortably. The two master bedrooms each have king sized bed, one guest room has a queen bed, and access to the covered balcony, and the 4th bedroom has one bunk bed (twin over twin) and a twin size day bed. The 4th bedroom also has its own 32inch LCD TV and DVD player. You will enjoy pillow top mattresses on every bed.

Living room has a brand new 55inch smart LCD TV, Playstation 3, and wireless internet. Dining room seats 8-10 with 2 bar stools and fully stocked kitchen. Additionally, there is a loft area on the second floor where you will find the second living area that leads to the covered balcony. Young and older ones can enjoy 52 inch LCD TV, blue ray player and board games. This home has a full size washer and dryer on the second floor.

Our home also has it's own grill right outside on our covered patio, for your grilling pleasure.

Reservations must be made by an adult over the age of 25 with a valid credit card and driver's license, and this adult must be staying in the property. This is a strictly smoke free and pet free home.

Exquisite. Would highly recommend. Plan to go again but for a longer period of time. It was a longer trek to the beach than I thought, but enjoyed the scenery on our twice daily walks.

How do damage deposits work?
