Description

This is a luxury two bedroomed duplex apartment at the renowned in Yesilkent - Didim, Turkey. Enjoys superb uninterrupted sea views. The apartments has been carefully designed to blend in with the surroundings of this important historical site, and offers modern amenities and convenience including 1 large communal swimming pools, wi-fi internet access, and a beautiful ambiance.

The apartment is approx. 100m from the sea and has its own garden and terrace, complete with terrace furniture, from which you can watch the sunset over the sea while enjoying a glass of wine with your evening meal. One of the communal pools is literally through the garden gate and up a few steps – it’s like having your own private pool as the communal pool is ever that busy.

It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms – each with a power shower, and a spacious open-plan lounge and kitchen area with fitted kitchen including gas oven with grill, toaster, kettle and all kitchen equipment, as well as two sofas, table, chairs, flat screen TV, DVD player (with loads of dvds to watch), terrace furniture, full air conditioning, fridge, freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board and oil filled radiators for if it turns chilly. There is a king sized bed in the main bedroom complete with ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds.

Lounge & Kitchen

The comfortable lounge is spacious, has 2 sofas, flat screen TV and DVD player (with a good selection of DVDs for you to enjoy) and a wonderful view! The modern kitchen area has everything you need for your stay including cooker, toaster, kettle, sink, all cooking utensils as well as all the plates, bowls glasses and cutlery you would ever need.

Bedrooms:

The apartment has 2 good sized bedrooms – a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The double bedroom is very spacious . Both bedrooms have air-conditioning units fitted. Each bedroom has ample wardrobe and drawer space, and the wardrobes also contain extra bedding and blankets should you need them.

Bathrooms:

The apartment has two spacious bathrooms – one of which is en-suite to the main bedroom. Both bathrooms feature power showers, wc, and modern sinks as well as ample cupboard space. The main bathroom also houses a washing machine.

Terrace and Garden:

The apartment has a beautiful garden within which it is possible to enjoy private sunbathing, barbecues and games. Enjoy a fantastic meal on the terrace as the sun goes down over the sea. One of the two communal pools on complex can be accessed by walking through the gate at the end of the garden and up some steps.

High Speed Wi Fi Access:

High speed, site-wide wi-fi access has recently been installed at the complex , so you can now access the internet, check your(website hidden)account, or perhaps keep an eye on your business whilst enjoying a cup of coffee on the terrace or while inside the apartment!

The project was constructed by respected Turkish building company in 2006 and 2007. It is accepted as being one of the best complexes in Turkey due to its location and the way it has been designed and built to blend in with the historic surrounding area. It is a beautiful place with landscaped gardens, always clean and peaceful – a haven of tranquility, but within easy reach of lively Altinkum.
