If you want be right on the ocean, "Breaking Waves" is the house for you. Perched out on the bluff, this house enjoys 180 degrees of dramatic sights and sounds of the Pacific. From a comfortable seat on the deck, you’ll enjoy sea breezes, pelicans diving and fishing boats bringing in their catch.
The house feels expansive as inside and outside become one with the windows facing the "big filled, spacious and open! The open great room flows from lounging space, dining area, into kitchen and out onto the wrap-around deck. Nicely appointed BBQ and kitchen amenities to cook your favorite meals.

This is such an amazing ocean view rental. It's cozy and cabin-y and comfy! Everything you could possibly need is available. Great for a couple or small family getaway. The property management folks are awesome!! We will go again!

Very comfortable, well equipped vacation home in a spectacular setting. Felt like the ocean was in our living room/dining room/kitchen. Right on the ocean with easy beach access, and in a lovely and quiet residential neighborhood. Not for big gatherings. Perfect for a couple. A fireplace and hot tub would have been great additions, but other than that it was perfect. Falling asleep listening to the ocean every night - so relaxing and peaceful!

Dillon Beach Property Management was great to deal with - we were looking for a last minute rental, and they were very helpful and were able to offer us a fantastic property. I had contacted a few contacts on other websites before whose customer service was absolutely terrible compared to Dillon Beach Property Management. We'll be renting from them in the future for sure!
