Description
A Summer Place is a beautiful 7 bedroom villa located on sparkling Discovery Bay. The villa has its own private white sand beach, swimming pool and tennis court and is perfect for family reunions and larger groups. The villa interiors are decorated in Caribbean fabrics and local woods. The large living room features an entertainment center with a 30" DSS television, VCR and assortment of videos for all ages. French doors open from the living room to a 1,500-square-foot furnished verandah. This large outdoor space has comfortable furnishings and overlooks the beach and pool. Dining can either be on the outside covered verandah, in the indoor formal dining room or seaside, on special occasions, in the gazebo. For music lovers A Summer Place also comes equipped with a piano.
The villa exterior has a seaside gazebo, large fresh water pool, and sea toys including: sunfish, wind surfer, kayaks, sea bike. The 100 foot beach has a gentle entrance into the sea; perfect for small children. Recently added is a tennis court (lighted) and an air conditioned gym with a treadmill and elliptical machine.

All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned.
