“Perfect Jamaican vacation for families who enjoy being in the heart of the city.” Our hosts, Nathan and Melissa were warm and friendly and very responsive to our many questions when preparing for our trip to Jamaica. They both visited with us during our trip and were available by phone to answer any questions or give recommendations. The villa was simple and perfect. There was always a cool breeze coming off the sea through the main entrance of the house and with the ceiling fans, there was no need for air conditioning. Both bedrooms had excellent air conditioning systems however, so we used those on just a few nights when the restaurant down the road had music playing - couldn't hear a thing with the windows closed. We felt very safe in the home and out and about in Ochi, which was an initial concern of ours. It was quickly dismissed after going out with Ms. Barbara around the town for a "tour". Milo (and Kirk - who was very nice), the night security gentleman was wonderful, had many interesting stories and was very generous, bringing us mangos and fresh ackee. Ms. Barbara, our chef, was simply the best. She cooked amazing fresh Jamaican food, oriented us to the town and stores, taught me how to make some dishes, and was knowledgeable about nutrition and health. She even made my "green juice" for me in the morning. She knew the island and was quite helpful about how to get around and acclimate to being in JA. The sea was perfect for scuba and looks just like the pictures posted - we spent time snorkeling, swimming, watching the world cup on the large screen TV, playing soccer on the beach, reading and just relaxing and rejuvenating in the sunshine. The Knutsford Express bus took us to Kingston and back - would highly recommend it for traveling distances - very clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful family vacation, my boys (11 & 16) loved it and felt it was way better than going to an all-inclusive resort - the food was CERTAINLY better! We hope to get back there soon - perhaps rent both Eden Sands and Neptune, the villa next door. Thank you to all those we met at Eden Sands Villa for a great Jamaica visit.

“Great, beautiful villa with a great owner!!!!” The villa was just as beautiful as the pictures!! Also there was a miscommunication with the number of guests and the owner was very understanding and handled it promptly. He was very nice and was available when needed. I would recommend this villa 100%!!!

“Absolutely Mindblowing!!!!” I cannot begin to describe the experience other than mind blowing! Morning Glory is part of a 'Gated' community with access to residents only. It is located next to the RUI in Mammies Bay but I am so glad that opted for this location. The villas were spacious and beautiful. Each window had open ventilation covered with netting to prevent our friendly mosquitos from visiting. The grounds were picturesque and the service was way beyond what I could ever imagine. There is a private beach a stones throw away with bar, restaurant, gift shop and showering facilities. Please don't think for one second that I am flowering this up... It is an experience that needs to be experienced. Claude, Geraldine and the team, I cannot thank you enough!!!

“Our new Lil paradise Oasis-” From a google search to emails then to final completion our quick Jamaican get away turned into a get away we'll always come back to! Paradise apt #9 is alot more than the pictures show!! It's Home! The decoris beautifully Caribbean! Kitchen with everything you need to living room with cable tv and a bathroom with swesome shower pressure... But The Loft ... The most comfortable place "I ever slept" in my life. 10 steps down was paradise that opened onto a deck where the pool, Groton and Caribbean were in our view! The groto: Heaven... Glistening water leading to The Carribean I floated on a raft for hrs in our secluded lik grotto Location location location: anything and everything at a stones throw (or mango throw) away. A few great resturaunts to a grocery store and then a variety store right across the street then... A few mikes down the road you have Ocho Rios! The hub of Jamaica margarettiville, scuba, jet skis,jerk chicken and beef pattie galore!! Then for a great Italian Jamaican dinner you have to hit Evitas! So from Charmaine who greeted us, to our own house "keeper" to Chase to Trevor who climbed a coconut tree and opened up our own coconut... The staff could not be any friendlier or accommodating It's everything the big hotels have to offer but it's your own Paradise apt! apt 9! Kathy & tony

“Great spot” Nice place close to the town clean it was a short trip but I was comfortable. Miss Janet was welcoming and warm , very nice lady . And the owner was very nice corresponded with me before and during my trip to make sure everything was going as planned, so that my stay there would be a good one . Thanks guys . “Amazing Trip” We really enjoyed our trip to Sand Castles in Ocho Rios. We visited family in nearby Linstead and really enjoyed the accommodations. The condo was great! Especially the roof top.
