“Loved this house!” The layout of Limin house was perfect, lots of private areas to chill and a lovely open air veranda to come together. The attention to detail was noted from the great margarita and ice machines to flashlights in all rooms. Loved to be able to make coffee in the bedroom and the sit on the balcony early in the morning and watch the scene unfold below. We loved the huge outside BBQ and took advantage of having half our dinners in. Pool was fantastic with great views and gardens all around the property were lovely. Outdoor showers were great anytime of day! We had issues with our main fridge, but Deb (Manager) was very attentive and helpful and brought us ice if we needed. The freezer worked and there was a bar fridge by the pool so we all got lots of exercise. We understand things go wrong and it is hard to get parts etc on the island. The house more than made up for this and we didn't really care too much. we hope to be back in 2 years and would definitely stay at Limin House.

“Paradise for Relaxation & Adventuresome Traveler that Doesn't W” I knew I was heading to tropical paradise & expected to unwind & escape the winter. What I didn't expect was how completely I would sink into the native culture & succumb to the charms of Chai Light & of my hosts. I normally 'devour' destinations --new adventure is my definition of travel & tho fun I sometimes find myself a bit exhausted upon return.. This trip was different & I invigorated but still feeling Island attitude for weeks! My friends & I didn't crack any of the books we brought, play any games we intended, or watch any movies we'd recorded. What did we do? Sunset on the private dock with happy hour drinks watching "boat t.v." and enjoying the amazing parade of vessels of all typesmaking their way to safe harbor. Morning we'd wake up by ambling down to the dock & jumping into the warm water with our snorkels & fins to visit our favorite fish & marvel at the brain coral. Sometimes we'd walk down the hill to Leverick Bay Resort for a leisurely diner & to hang with the locals & charter boat crowd--several times partying with the Jumbies (check them out!) What I loved about this location & the home was that it was close to "action" but set apart from a typical tourist environment--perfect noncommercial vacation. Highlights when we ventured: Anagada was a great charter right from Leverick, good snorkeling & amazing lobster lunch .The Baths were serene & dramatic & we spent several afternoons swimming thru the caves then enjoying sunset from the restaurant up top. Spanish Town had a few nice shops & good live music at night in a safe but fun atmosphere. I didn't feel a need to plan any activity, we just did what we felt when we felt like it -several days lounging at Chai Light just "being". The hosts are knowledge & helpful. The island & is calm & inviting. The water is as blue as any Chamber of Commerce postcard I've ever seen. The waves lapping on the shore cooing me to sleep were better than any "mood" CD I've ever tried. I'll be back.

“Pink Paridise” We absolutely loved our vacation here. The house is beautiful & well equipped. The sunsets are phenominal from the porch! We had 6 adult family members & there was plenty of space for privacy, as well as plenty of room for gatherings for dinners, etc. Frankie is an excellent contact for whatever you might need & is very resposive to your needs. A short walk down the beach delivers you to great beach bars & resturants. The beach is secluded with rarely anyone there. We even had a beach wedding right in front of the house! We highly recommend the "pink house"!!

“Heaven on earth” I want to thank the owner Thursten Cook for another wonderful week at South Sound. The property is located on a private cove with breathtaking views of the Ocean. The property was in great shape with a new refrigerator and a new boat. It is difficult to put into words the feeling of falling asleep at night and hearing the roar of the ocean. As this is our second time at the Villa we are starting to get to know all the citizens. The people on the Island go out of their way to make you feel confortable.
