We are pleased to welcome you in our accommodation located in the street Zrtava s Dakse 28A, Dubrovnik (ex. Ispod Petke 28A)
Should you consider a short or long stay in Dubrovnik, we offer you a pleasant and cozy accommodation at the luxuries condo, near the center, only ten minutes away from Old Town by bus that passes by every 15-20 mins (bus stop is in front of the house).
The Apartments are new and charmingly furnished to the highest standard, in the center of the tourist trade (majority of Dubrovniks hotels are located in this area:, Hotel Uvala, Hotel Dubrovnik Palace, Hotel Park, etc. ). In the circle of 100 meters there are all what you need including main city beaches, shopping center with a big food store, post office, hospital, tennis courts, walking area with a lot of small cafe bars and good variety of restaurants. There are swimming pools and fitness centers at hotel Park, hotel Uvala and hotel Kompas. All mentioned hotels are five minutes walking distance from apartments Nikola.
The Apartments are four-star rated. The largest part of the Apartment is the living room with fully equipped kitchen. Apartments have: A/C, satelite TV, wireless internet, bathroom, etc. Each apartment has balcony with a table and the chairs.

“A lovely location”
We had a great holiday staying in this bright and airy apartment which was very clean and met all our needs. Nikola, our friendly host , was extremely helpful arranging airport pickup and offering useful and handy tips as to where to shop and buy bus tickets. The location was just great - a very short walk to the beach and many good restaurants and a short bus trip to the stunning old town of Dubrovnik! We would certainly recommend !
