Description
House is located in Lapad Dubrovnik, near the famous great promenade, in an old authentic Dubrovnik-style stone house. From the terrace you can enjoy partial magnificent view at the sea. Near by there is grocery store, bakery, restaurants, post office, banks and bus stop across the house for the Old town.
Renovated with great care, our accommodation will enable you all the modern comfort, while just a short walk, 30 minutes will bring you the the center of Old Town where you can explore numerous monuments, visit museums, exhibitions and events or just stroll down the main street Stradun, the center of all happenings. If You are not into walking-You can take bus nmb 4 across the street and in 10 min You are there.
This spacious house for 8 people, 170 m2 stretches over 2 floors, is fully equipped and very tastefully decorated, with its own entrance ensuring full privacy for our guests. The apartment consists of 4 bedrooms, kitchen with dinning area and living room combined together, 3 bathrooms and the terrace. First two rooms are at the first floor as well as the two bathrooms, kitchen and living room, and on the second floor there is two rooms, bathroom, another living room with pool table and library area with sofa. Additional equipment includes air conditioning, SAT TV, washing maschines, microwave, kettle.. we have solar panels that provides us warm water during all year.
The terrace is equipped with outside dining furniture. Spend many relaxing afternoons or evenings enjoying a beautiful panorama view. You will have free parking up to 4 cars in front of the house, as well on Your request we can organize You a van from airport for 500 kn per van(8 pax) one direction. Prices for taxy for 4 people from airport to Dubrovnik are 350kn one way(50 euros). We can help You with booking boat tours for islands near by, Mostar, Montenegro tours, tourist guides, help You organize bday celebrations etc.
Most important, all new ''Sunset beach'' and several beaches more are just down the street and You reach them in 5 minutes by walk. You will find there restaurants, bars and magnificent sunset!

“Beautiful villa”
