Villa has a beautiful view of the old town and the island of Lokrum and it is a perfect place to stay and explore the rich history and stunning places of the city. Everything is on the touch of your hand . You don't need a car once you sat in. The closest beach is just a 5 minute walk away.

The villa has 3 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate laundry room with toilette, beautiful lounge with the modern kitchen and a terrace with grill.

Response from the owner The ground floor room is completely refurbished, the air conditioner is added as a new automatic dehumidifier that takes care of the extra moisture. Moisture is the result of hot showers in a ensuite bathroom when the room is not vented. New windows have tilt openings so that air circulation is possible even without window full open.

Response from the owner Dear Guests, Thank you for your remarks which are highly appreciated. Thank you for sharing high rating with our future guests. We would like to respond on some objections. From other reviews you could see that property is situated at top of the steps. It is Dubrovnik, town with steps, there are no property in old town or in close vicinity without any step. Town is situated as shell. As you said in first statement, property is as pictured. All rooms are south oriented and to have more light you have to open the windows. Living room has two double windows. Villa is in sun almost all day. Unfortunately we can not influent on size of windows (listed property) or houses on the other side of street blocking view as well on weather (clouds and rain). Same as we cant influent on malfunction of electrical devices. We had malfunction of microwave recently and we brought spare one but built in dishwasher… much depends on service and spare parts. Therefore we think we do not need to reimburse you in case of something like that happened. At the end if you just slept there and had only breakfast did you really need dish washer? All together six breakfast for 2 people and at the end sink was left full of cups and plates. We don’t mind on that but is that really for reimburse? Kind regards Dube
