This detached, whitewashed stone cottage in the crofting hamlet of Totaig near Dunvegan on the Isle of Skye can sleep up to four people in two bedrooms.Red Chimneys Cottage is a bright and airy, detached stone cottage in the crafting hamlet of Totaig near Dunvegan on the Isle of Skye. The cottage can sleep up to four people and offers a ground floor double room with an en-suite shower room, a twin room with an en-suite basin and WC and a family bathroom with a shower attachment. There is also a kitchen with a social dining area and a first floor sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside you will find ample off road parking and a gravel sitting area with wonderful sea views. Red Chimneys Cottage is the perfect base for small families or groups of friends wishing to discover the delights of the Isle of Skye! Please note that no new pet booking can be taken at this property. Pet bookings already made are being honoured however and so this property cannot be considered as pet free until November 2022. Bookings need to start on a Friday. Short breaks are Fri-Mon at this property only.

Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD, iPod dock, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent, fuel for stove on honesty box basis. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Front gravelled patio with furniture. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 7 miles. Note: Mobile reception can be limited in Husabost. Note: This property is not suitable for children under the age of 8. Note: WiFi can be intermittent.
Note - This property has a Good House Keeping Bond of £100.00. The amount will be authorised to the card which is used for making the booking and will be deducted if the property is not left in a satisfactory standard. Region: From the lush green farmlands of the Borders to the ruggedness of the Highlands, the Scots are proud of their land and identity. Scotland also has some of Britains best beaches with glorious stretches of clean sand over which to roam.
Town: The village of Dunvegan is set in the north west of Skye and contains a mixture of traditional stone and modern houses, along with a selection of shops and hotels. About a mile from the village is Dunvegan Castle, home to the Clan MacLeod, who have continuously occupied the castle since the 13th century. A wonderful base for a holiday exploring the Isle of Skye.
