There are 2 twins in the Bedroom and a Queen sleep sofa in the combination livingroom/ kitchen/ dining area (AC in this area). Unit 11 in the Cottontail Cottage complex on Beach Road - convenient spot for family and friends to rent together- other cottages and Main House also available! NO PETS ALLOWED. This unit is $900 per week in season. $55 Vacation Rental Damage Coverage Fee (VRD), $60 Handling Fee, (fees non-refundable).

We have rented this home or the adjoining big house every summer for over 25 years. We love the location and the owner takes great care of this property.
This particular cottage is modest in size as well as amenities, but it is always clean and well kept.
When we did have issues, the owner was very quick to react.
