This adorable cottage located in East Orleans is only 3/10s of a mile to Nauset Harbor. This home is a perfect Cape Cod getaway for 2 people! A cozy living/dining/kitchen area comes with modern appliances and a window AC unit in Bedroom. The bedroom is versatile and has 2 Twins that are set up as a King bed with a topper so there is no ridge in the middle, but can be separated into 2 twins if needed. There is a separate laundry room with a stackable Washer and Dryer. Wonderful, expansive deck overlooking the sloping yard. We loved the house for its privacy, quietness and location near enough to the village of Orleans and the beaches. It was very clean and comfortable. Perfect for two people who love to relax, read and have no interest in any hot night life. The house is tiny but the big deck and open lawn give a lovely spacious feeling. We had a very relaxing time of it.
