This rustic cottage is located close to Nauset Beach (about 3/4 mile). The cottage offers simple decor and a screened in porch in a very private setting. (There is no telephone service in ths cottage.) 2 bedrooms (1 Double & 2 Twins) and 1 Bathroom. 3 A/C units in both bedrooms and the living room. NO PETS ALLOWED. This cottage rents for $725 per week in season.$55 Vacation Rental Damage Coverage + $60 Handling Fee (Both Fees Non-Refundable).

      At the beach!

      Left on 09/24/2010 for a stay in July 2010

      This house fit all my needs.It was near the beach,not too expensive,quiet and private.The only negative that I come up with is that the living room furniture was uncomfortable.
