4BR / 2.5BA - Sleeps 10 - 3Q, 2 Doubles) - A very popular and sun-filled home and centrally located on Edisto Beach. This home enters from a covered porch facing Palmetto Blvd, right into the kitchen. The kitchen enjoys plenty of space with a large breakfast bar. The kitchen and dining are both in the same room with hallways on both side to the 4 bedrooms. The large living area is surrounded by windows with very nice water views. Access to the large screen porch if from the living area. The porch is complete with rocking chairs, along with two extra large sundecks, make this a perfect spot for watching sunrises. There are 2 bedrooms and a bath on each side of the house. The two ocean view bedrooms each have a queen size bed and open onto the deck areas. There are no TV's in these bedrooms. These bedrooms also open into the hall bathrooms (tub/shower combo). The back left bedroom also has a queen bed(no TV) and opens into the hall bath also. The back right bedroom is down a short hallway that has a half bath. This room has 2 Doubles and a TV. All bedrooms have a sink/vanity in the room. This property has a nice area under the house with lounge chairs, a picnic table and a swing. Everything you need to enjoy an outdoor cook-out!

“A fabulous home”
