You have great views from the upper decks and each bedroom opens onto a porch. A nice living, dining, and kitchen combination faces Arc St. A covered porch with table, chairs, and rockers is adjacent to the living area. An open deck is attached to the porch. At the back of the house on this floor is a bedroom with a queen size bed and a den with a sleeper sofa. The laundry is behind doors in the den. Both of these rooms have a TV and open onto a covered porch overlooking the nice back yard. There is a full bath(tub/shower combo) that is accessed from the great room and the bedroom. The 2nd floor of this property has a hallway leading to 4 more bedrooms. 2 bedrooms face Arc St and open onto a covered porch with water views. One bedroom has a queen size bed and opens into a bath with a 2 sink vanity and tub/shower.
