Have the best of both worlds within reach - beach & pool! The home faces quiet Lily St with a large open deck and screen porch with plenty of seating. The porch opens into the living, dining, and kitchen areas of the home. The washer/dryer is conveniently located behind doors in this central area. A small covered porch, facing Jungle Rd, is accessed from the back of the home next to the kitchen. Two bedrooms are on this floor to the left of the dining area. The front bedroom(facing Lily St) has a king bed and TV. The back bedroom(facing Jungle Rd) has 2 twin beds(no TV). There is a full bath( tub/shower) between these 2 bedrooms and accessed from each. A staircase next to the back door leads to the 2nd floor vaulted den. Comfortable seating, TV, makes this a great area for the kids to hang out. There is a full bath(tub/shower) adjacent to the den. A bedroom on the right of the den has a king bed, the bedroom on the left, a single and a triple bunk. There are no TV's in these bedrooms. This home would make a great choice for your next Edisto Beach vacation.
