Just a short walk to the beach access. This property has a large deck facing Byrd St complete with seating for outside dining. There is also a nice area under the house for grilling as well and a large yard for pets and children to play. A lagoon perches on the side of this property. The laundry room is located under the house in an enclosed room that also has a 1/2 bath. The central portion of this home has the living, dining, and kitchen combined. There are two bedrooms and 2 full hall bathrooms(tub/shower combinations) on either side of the great room. The 2 front bedrooms face Byrd St and each have a queen bed. The back right bedroom has a queen bed also, the back left, a twin and a double. 3 bedrooms have a TV (4th BR TV is for video games).
