4BR / 2 BA (2Q, D, 2 Bunks) -Sleeps 10- Shell Castle is a nice, well-maintained 2nd row home facing quiet Point Street. - that is beachside of Palmetto Blvd! There are limited views of the water, but you are only 1 house away from a beach access (2 minutes from sofa to sand!). To arrive at the house, please enter from Point St. There is plenty of parking under the house along with 2 swings, a grill, hammock, chairs, and a picnic table! There is also a large enclosed outside shower for washing off beach sand! One enters from a covered porch facing Palmetto Blvd right into the kitchen area The kitchen, dining, and living room are centrally located and open out onto a large screen porch with rockers, hammock, table and chairs. The seating room area has a wall of windows looking out to the screen porch and the sundeck. An open deck is beyond the screen porch with ocean views. There is a full hall bath(tub/showers) and 2 bedrooms on each side of the house. The two bedrooms facing Point Street each have a queen size bed and open out onto the screen porch. There are no TV's in these bedrooms. The back left bedroom has a double bed(no TV) and the back right bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds. There is a TV in this room to keep the children entertained.
