4BR + Den / 4BA (K, Q, D, SS) - Sleeps 10 - This beautiful, spacious beachfront home has everything you need for a perfect vacation on Edisto. Amenities include a nicely landscaped yard, a great area under the house complete with grill, picnic table, enclosed outside shower, and your own boardwalk to the beach! Amazing views of the St Helena Sound from numerous areas of this home. This home has designer decor and the owners have taken great care in the details of this home. The property enters from Palmetto Blvd from a large covered porch with 2 swings and 2 joggling boards. An elegant foyer greets you with beautiful furnishings. A hallway to the right of the foyer lead to the washer/dryer enclosed area, a bedroom with a double bed(no TV), and a full hall bath(tub/shower combination). To the left of the foyer is a hallway with an enclosed computer space and the master bedroom and bath. This room has a king size bed, couch for watching TV, and opens onto the huge screen porch overlooking St Helena Sound. The views from this room are amazing! The master bathroom has a claw foot tub, separate shower, custom designed/painted double sinks, and a separate toilet room complete with bidet. The foyer opens into the large great room that has your living, dining, and kitchen flowing together. The kitchen even has a wet bar. This area of the home is very bright and sunny and opens onto the large screen porch with lots of seating, rockers and a large table and chairs. Below the porch is an open deck with lounge chairs overlooking the beach. The upstairs of the home has an open balcony with seating overlooking the living area. Opposite this is a large den(facing Palmetto Blvd) with plenty of seating and TV. The den opens into a bath(tub/shower) that is shared with the bedroom on one side of the 2nd floor. This room has 2 twin beds(no TV) and opens onto a small private deck overlooking the beach. The other side of this floor has a bedroom with a queen size bed(with TV) and also opens onto a private deck. This bedroom has a private bath(tub/shower). This special home is located on a great area of Edisto with amazing sunsets and a great walking beach.
