4BR / 3BA (K / Q . Q,S / 2S /single sleeper) - Sleeps 10 - This lovely, well-maintained home has amazing views of the St Helena Sound. The large living room has a connecting tile floor sunroom with additional seating and a table for cards or games. The great room has a nice wet bar between the dining and living areas. The formal dining table is at the back of the great room and opens into the large kitchen complete with breakfast table. The kitchen connects to a hallway that is also accessed from the great room. This leads to the washer/dryer, a full hall bath(large sit down shower) and a bedroom. This room has a queen sized bed and a twin bed (no TV) and opens onto the covered porch facing the beach. There are 2 more bedrooms and 1&1/2 baths on the right side of the great room. The hall bath is a 1/2 bath. The other full bath is between the two bedrooms and has a 2 sink vanity. The tub/shower and toilet area is separate from the vanity. The back right bedroom (facing Palmetto) has a queen sized bed. The right front bedroom has 2 twin beds and opens onto the covered porch with beach views. There are no TV's in these bedrooms. The second floor master suite is accessed by a staircase adjacent to the dining area. This space can be closed off for added privacy. The master suite has a king sized bed, a sitting area with a single sleeper, and a TV. This room opens onto a 2nd floor covered and open deck area with amazing views of the St Helena Sound and neighboring islands! The large master bath has a 2 sink vanity, a multi-person tub and a chaise lounge chair for reading or resting! The toilet and large sit down shower area close off in an area adjacent to the bath. As if this were not enough, additional amenities include beautiful pine floors, pecky cypress walls, a nicely landscaped yard, an enclosed outside shower under the house, plenty of parking, and your own boardwalk to the beach!
