Closest villa to the walking gate out to the marina and an easy bike ride to the beach or to just cruise around the beach. The open great room will be enjoyed by families watching tv, or playing games on the screen porch, or even eating a meal together. The loft bedroom has a 1/2 wall for added privacy. The master bedroom also has lagoon and screen porch views. Pets are allowed w/$169 (non-refundable Pet fee). Bed and Bath linens and Departure Cleaning are included.
