Description

At the Four Seasons on the Gulf you will enjoy breathtaking beach view sunrises and calming ocean breezes and more from the privacy of your own private balcony and deck. There is no better value for the location and space you will have with our vacation rental condos. All of them are 1600 sq. ft. and all face the beach! We are right at the corner of 39th St & Seawall, right next door to Gaido's Seafood Restaurant, walking distance to the Historic Pleasure Pier, and the beach is right across the street!

We are just 50 miles from downtown Houston, TX. Our property is centrally located on the islands famous Seawall Blvd. –what that means for you is that everything is in walking distance to the beach (which is directly across the street). You also have a short drive to amusement parks, shopping, and an array of wonderful restaurants. Everything is just 5 - 10 minutes away.

The condo themselves are very spacious from their townhome style floor plan at 1600 square feet. Every condo is a 2 story design; on the 1st floor you have a full size kitchen, dining/ living room area (which includes a Sleeper Sofa), 1/2 restroom, and a large deck facing the Gulf. On the 2nd Floor is where you will rest after a day of sightseeing and enjoying "Island Time". The upper level consist of 2 Bedrooms that each include 1 Queen Size Pillow Top Bed and its own private bathrooms, with shared access to a balcony that overlooks the Seawall and the Gulf. This is where you can wake early and catch some of the most beautiful sunrises - all from the privacy of the condo. Each condo can sleep up to 6 guests.

We feature Free WIFI access, Free Local & Long Distance Calls (anywhere in the US), and a Free use of our Laundry Room (excluding HE detergent).

Response from the owner This was a huge misunderstanding. While you did experience an AC issue, it was handled by our staff immediately even for after hours service. An AC company was called and then informed very late that they would not be able to make the service call. At that point, the option was given to relocate to another condo, but your party declined and then was given again to move the following day and was declined again. We do hope you consider us again the future and just know the communication and details were not misrepresented and informed. Thank you for the feedback.

Check in was easy. Our condo was clean the only problem was my kids room had a musty smell! It is just outside of Galveston which we liked only a 15 minute drive to get there! We would stay again.

How do damage deposits work?
