Big Bass Lake has a large outdoor swimming pool & baby pool, full basketball court, tennis courts, playground, volleyball, a heated indoor pool & sauna, game room with pool table & shuffleboard table, coffee shop & lounge area, ski slope with T-bar lift, snow-tubing & sledding hills - bring your own skis or sleds. This house and property is great! We were 10 people and had plenty of space to lounge. The deck and dock are great in the afternoon and evening to watch the sunset.

We stayed here over a long weekend in mid October. We loved the waterfront view and the cozy house. We had a fun and relaxing time. There are several state parks nearby, we took 2 nice hikes. It was easy to arrange the weekend with Joe, he was very prompt, accommodating, and helpful.
The firewood from the house was rather green, I had to supplement it with wood scavenged from the yard to keep the fireplace going. The dock needed some work too, but it wasn't boating weather so that did not impact us in any way.
All in all, I recommend this place and I would visit again. -

We stayed at this property with one other couple. It was just what we were looking for. The view from the deck was perfect for reading and relaxing. We shared old memories and made new ones while watching the sun set over the lake. The house had everything we needed. We cant wait to come back in the fall. Thanks for sharing the house with us.

Lots of great family time!Loved spending time on the lake but wish we could swim in it. Canoe and kayak rides were lots of fun. Fooseball competitions and game time around the kitchen table were a blast!

The house has a beautiful view with many things to do. It was comfortable and beautifully decorated! The house was large and very open. I really enjoyed sitting by the fire at night after a long day of snowboarding!

We have had the pleasure of staying at this Vacation Rental numerous times in every season.
We've vacationed here with family and with friends...large groups and small ones...Seniors, parents, single people, couples, infants, childrens and teens...
We have even brought our dogs!
For all of us this is a favorite vacation spot

The house is spacious and accomodating yet feels cozy with the fireplace and rustic decor.
Plus the owners are always a pleasure to deal with and seem committed to maintaining a delightful vacation rental!!
There's so much to do!! Right at the house you can swim, fish, play games, go for a hike or canoe ride or just relax and do nothing on the hammock or lounger.
If you feel like getting out there's shopping, skiing, water parks, restaurants, even casinos all within short drives
Highly recommended!! Enjoy!!

New York, NYPerfect Lakefront House for a Trip with Friends

Just got back from a long weekend at this house with 9 friends. The property is nicely secluded but still literally steps down to a private dock on a quiet lake. The 10 of us had plenty of room in this comfortable house, between the 9 bed beds and ample indoor (kitchen w/ breakfast bar leading into a dining room leading into a large living room) and outdoor (wrap-around deck and sitting area down by the lake. For the amenities and price, I don't think you will find a better option with a lakefront view in the area. Hope to make it back myself at some point, but would definitely recommend to a friend.
