This luxurious two bedroom, two bathroom self catering beach apartment, is situated on the main beach in Hout Bay, renowned seaside village of Cape Town, a mere 15 minutes drive to its center. Breath taking, uninterrupted sea, beach and bay views from your living area, main bedroom and spacious balcony, closer to the beach you cannot get.
This gorgeous apartment is beautifully furnished in modern, contemporary yet comfortable style for luxury beach living and is equivalent to at least 4 star grading.
The apartment offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the en-suite bathroom with a bath and toilet and the second bathroom with a shower and toilet.The apartment sleeps 4, but on request a 5th bed can be added to the spacious open plan living area. Quality linen and towels (bath and beach) are provided.
The kitchen provides all equipment you could need for you self-catering holiday, including a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven with glass hob, fridge/freezer and filter coffee machine. Modern crockery and quality cutlery to prepare a gourmet meal for six...
In the living area the elegant dining nook with its high gloss black glass table and upholstered dining chairs seats 6. The comfortable contemporary lounge area offers soft leather seating complemented by a glass coffee table. Should you tire from gazing at the spectacular lounge sea view, you can enjoy watching televison on the 47” high definition television with full range of satellite programmes (DSTV Premium package), choose a book to read, watch a DVD or utilise the free Wi-fi.
The lounge and the main bedroom open with sliding doors onto the spacious seafront balcony - the heart of the apartment. Here, for your enjoyment, is a large cast aluminium patio table with chairs, a gas barbeque with dome, reclining chairs and loungers. Relax while watching the dophins surf the waves, boats sailing by and whales playing in the Bay!
"The Village" apartment block offers a large heated indoor pool for free use of residents, 24 hour security guards and CCTV camera on the premises, there is a lift to all levels, secure enclosed basement parking, and a laundrette. “Amazing place to stay”
