Grande Villas is absolutely the newest, most beautiful and luxurious place to stay on the Crystal Coast. This particular unit has all the amenities of home including separate bedrooms for the parents and each of our kids. It is tastefully decorated with upscale amenities throughout including a Keurig coffee machine in the kitchen along with a standard coffee maker. On the 2nd floor, there is a wonderful fitness center and a perfect game room (both with views overlooking the ocean). The game room has foosball, a pool table and about 5 free vintage video game machines. On the first floor, there a couple of conference type rooms available including one with a full kitchen. The pool is beautiful with an incredible private beach that includes lounge chairs and umbrellas set up for you by the condo staff. Nice fire pit at night too. Lobby level has a few small sundries and Dvd's. Parking is underground on the lower lobby level. If there were anything I would change/add it would be better food at the pool grille, a hot tub and maybe an additional adult only pool. Only small complaints would be noise from other units especially from dogs left alone and the lack of nearby restaurants and shopping. However, the unit is centrally located in the middle of the island and there are adequate choices in Emerald Isle, Atlantic Beach and Morehead City. We would especially recommend Circle Pizza for delivery with an extensive menu and Sammy's Seafood in Morehead City.

This condo is absolutely beautifully decorated and comfortable! The Kitchen has everything you need with all Kitchen aid appliaces and granite, and a front load washer and dryer like we have at home with its own laundry room. We ate all our meals on the balcony since it has views of both the bay and ocean. The entire building is beautiful with great ammenities, but I would guess this is one of the nicest condo available and would absolutely rent again! What a great experience.

Loved the condo layout, furniture, and balcony. Excellent appliances. Very good location and very friendly staff. Minor problems included dog incessantly barking in the house next door, stinky smelling water, and low-pressure shower heads that point everywhere but your head. Also, there were no directions anywhere about how to run the audiovisual system.

I’m sorry that the water pressure wasn’t good for your stay. The homeowner has replaced the shower heads since your stay and this has helped with the pressure. Often times when our homes are unoccupied water sits in the pipes and does have an odor when first used. Normally by running the water for a few minutes to clear the lines remedies the problem. Thank you for letting us know that there were no instructions for the audio equipment, there is now thanks to your feedback!

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation - the place was clean, brand new and was conveniently located to places of interest (right in the middle of the island). We were particularly impressed with the high level of quality furnishings and appliances. The pool was great and the weather that week was perfect.
The staff was courteous, professional and very responsive to our needs.
We would definitely consider coming back to your place again for another relaxing vacation.

It was a beautiful place and staff was wonderful. Don in Security was UP NOTCH, Allison and Laura were wonderful and James so helpful. Cannot say anything but glowing comments. I hope we can come again soon!

We arrived on May 31st and stayed for one week. We have 2 boys in their 20's and they loved the condo, but wished that their were more resturants and nightspots close by. We can mainly came to rest and relax and that is what we did. Grand Villas is a beautiful place but it's location is very secluded. Bike rentals, resturants, movies, grocery store are all located at each end of Emerald Isle. Therefore, you need to drive everywhere. It would have been nice to be able to walk someplace close for lunch. We highly recommend Amos Mosquitos resturant in Atlantic beach and also planned to go fishing but the weather got bad toward the end of the week. Grand Villas still needs to work out some kinks as we had trouble with our keys cards almost everyday. THe pool, chairs at the beach and work out room were wonderful!!!! We enjoyed talking with Courtney, Jimmy and Don who all made our stay very enjoyable. Our condo was beautiful but still hadn't had the window shades installed in the master bedroom. It seemed to me like they kind of rushed to get the condo ready for vacation rental. We had to set up the VCR and other items before using. Firepit outside is a nice touch and we wished it would have stay lit instead of going on and off. Also, beach chairs should be left up until at LEAST 5:00P.M. as 4 o'clock is just too early to pack it in. The view from our condo was breathtaking and our favorite place was the pool without a doubt. Everything was immaculate and first class.

Thank you for your comments about Grande Villas. It certainly is secluded and beautiful there. The blinds in the master bedroom have been ordered and I am very sorry they were not up for your stay.
As for restaurants fortunately a new one is opening up right next door to the Grande Villas in just a few weeks. Here are a few that are all less than a mile away. If you turn left heading back toward Emerald Isle about ? mile on the right is Carltons and has great food. If you turn right out of the Grande Villas and head toward Atlantic Beach about 1/10 of mile away is Crab Shack, Frost Seafood, Whiddens Landing and the best Shrimp burger on the Crystal Coast is at Big Oak Drive Inn. Amos Mosquitoes is a great place to eat. Fun Atmosphere and Great Food!
