Large villa with stunning sea views from all levels.This beautiful new villa is in a superb position just 15 minutes walking distance from Kalkan town centre and its many restaurants. The Kalube beach club and beach are just a five minute walk away. English owners Paul and Susie have appropriately named this elegant villa, Cesme (Fountain) because of the beautiful lit fountain on the spacious pool terrace. It has its own private pool, with views over Kalamar Bay and a shallow end safe for children.

Villa Cesme is in a quiet location, but it is just an easy 15 minute stroll to the centre of Kalkan, along one of Kalkan's few level roads. There are many restaurants just a few minutes walk away and several supermarkets.
The sea is just a few minutes walk from the villa, where you can find both the Kalamar Beach Club and the adult only Kulube Beach Club. As well as the more local beaches, the 18km Patara Beach (voted best beach in the world by the Sunday Times, is a 15 mins drive away and Kaputas Beach is a 10 mins drive. Both beaches, plus the local town of Kas, can also be reached by local bus.
There is parking directly outside the villa for guests who choose to hire car. The nearest airport, Dalaman, is about 90 minutes away by Taxi.
