Villa Ginborn is in two levels with open floor plan of approximately 300 sqm living area, 200 sqm terrace, private swimming pool, 5 bedrooms (10-12 beds), 6 toilet, 5 shower, wireless internet,... satellite-TV and stunning views.

A welcoming open floor plan, with large glass openings and breathtaking views and infinity pool faces you when you step into the very tastefully furnished villa. In the open floor plan you will find the modern kitchen, dining and living room. Located near this surface are two double bedrooms.All rooms have large glass opening to the terrace and the spectacular views. At this level there are also a guest toilet and laundry. The ultra modern European kitchen is in U-shape where you can sit and eat at the black granite counter. The kitchen is equipped with fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, hob, oven, wine cooler, blender, toaster, coffee maker, etc.

At this level you have a large terrace with 32 sqm infinity pool and jacuzzi, a dining area and modern sun beds. The terrace invites you to many beautiful moments in the sun and the pool and in the evening you can enjoy the incredible sunset that goes into the sea.

On the upper level are three bedrooms, master bedroom has a king size bed, 46" TV, DVD, safety box, ensuite bathroom with double sinks and jacuzzi.

The other two bedrooms are one with king size bed and the other one with two twin beds. Both rooms have 32" TV, DVD, , ensuite bathroom and connecting door between the rooms. This is suitable for families with small children.

There is also a home cinema room with a projector for added entertainment on this level.

All rooms have the stunning views and direct access to terraces/balcony. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and air condition.

The pleasant bay of Kata, just a few minutes south of Karon Beach, entices and charms many visitors with its white sands and clear waters. Very popular with families, Kata is an all round favorite due to its spectacular palm-lined beach, great restaurants, lively but not raucous nightlife and varied accommodation options - all close to the beach. From May to October surfers flock to catch Kata's waves and from November to April the beach is alive with sun seekers.
Kata is split into two focal areas: Kata Centre, which is at the northern end close to Karon and Kata South, home to several resorts. Visitors will find an abundance of shops to browse in, from souvenir and ready-to-wear outlets, to 7-Elevens and local mini-marts, to name-brand fashion stores.

  Jag och minna 11 vänner bodde här under en vecka på julen 2012. Det var precis som vi hade tänkt oss, fräscht, lyxigt och behagligt för ett bra pris.
  Servicen var väldigt bra, vi fick förfrågan direkt när vi kom dit om vi ville ha städat (för ett litet pris) någon gång under veckan, vilket vi självklart svarade ja på! Det ser precis ut likadant i verkligheten som på bilderna och det tillbringades många timmar vid den stora uteplatsen vid poolen. Läget för huset är också bra. Inte för centralt men lagom till restaurangerna och det tar inte många minuter med taxi in till Phuket Town.
