“Great Experience!” Thanks again Fergus for an amazing trip! Met my fiance here after months apart and couldn't have asked for a more beautiful setting. The villa was even better in person. Everything is immaculate and the cleaning staff, pool dude and gardener keep everything above standard. The location to me is ideal as you are a short drive to the bars, crazy nightlife (Patong) if you choose, but far enough away that at the end of the day, you can get away from it all. The EasyHome staff, especially PJ, went out of there way to help us with locating restaurants and amenities, finding us the best deals on excursions and even brought us local food twice...very impressed with the service! The villa is a bit off the beaten path so I would suggest a car but to me that's what makes this villa quiet, peaceful and better than most. I would definitely recommend this place to families, friends and couples as Thailand is a place where any type of vacation is availalbe to you...whatever you want to make of it! Thanks again Fergus for a wonderful stay and I'm looking forward to a repeat in the future.. Aaron & Kat

“Brand new unique,tropical retreat with private pool 5 steps from” Our stay in this quiet paradise was restful, with chairs near the pool for relaxing. Very comfortable beds, good pillows, shades for windows. Our delicious breakfasts were well presented and graciously served by our lovely hostess, on the patio near the pool. Everything was immaculate and the hosts, warm friendly and extremely helpful. They guided us to beaches, massages, restaurants, shopping, etc. Far superior to noisy hotels, and with absolute safety provided. We are going back next year!

“Paradise in The Sands” In the beginning we would like to apologize to Peter for being so long going to write a review. Peter, sorry! We were in an apartment with 8.03-22.03. There are no words to describe our stay. I liked everything: the location of the home and the convenience and beauty around. Warm sea, to which it was a 5 min walk, plenty of fruit and seafood, security, peace-all this made our stay unforgettable. On the balcony there was a fan, it was very comfortable to sit under it. We went to the fish market, where prices are low to buy fresh seafood, and the restaurant opposite the market is all we eat cooked. A luxury apartment in a fabulous location! All of our problems and requests addressed by Peter very quickly, thanks to Hank arrives immediately. Thanks to Peter very much! We really want to go back!

“holiday in heaven” This is the most exotic place i have ever been to. The place is quiet yet beautiful. The views from the place is so beautiful that you dont want to leave the place once you get there. The interiors are also so well designed that you feel so comfortable in there. You must visit the seafood market! It'll be full of the day's best catches. If you're not sure how to cook it in the traditional Thai style, take a cooking class while you're here. Or, ask one of the restaurants to cook it for you—they're happy to help.

Definitely worth a repeat visit!

This was my first trip to Thailand, and I was not sure what to expect... but the Phuket Arkadium Villa exceeded all expectations. The rates are very reasonable for what we received, and traveling with teenagers... well, the free wi-fi was an absolute blessing! Fantastic, modern luxury villa 4 bedrooms with private pool and private garden
PERFECT HOLIDAY

We were two families of four adults and three children (age 3, 2 and 1). From collection at Phuket airport to our return to Phuket airport one week later, we would be hard pushed to find a complaint. The accommodation was as was listed and pictured. As everyone else has said, it is plenty big enough for a few families without feeling crowed. Our two families only used three of the four rooms. On arrival at the property it was late at night but we were met with a lovely welcome explaining all about the villa and surrounding. The property was very clean. On day two we realised with three children we needed the floors cleaned daily as there are a good few bugs (you are in a hot country) which we didn't want to attract with lots of crumbs on the floor. I mailed the owner (Richard) to sort this out for us and he seen to it within a few hours! Very good service. The children spent a lot of time in the pool as you can imagine which they loved. One thing I would point out is the pool is very deep from end to end and not even the adults could stand (although there was a ledge at the sides which the adults could stand on). This was not an issue for our kids (with swim vests on) as they are quite comfortable in the water but just something to point out. We ventured out and explored quite a bit (from the Villa everywhere was within 5-30 minutes by car) to Tiger Kingdom, Siam Elephant Safari, various beaches and restaurants. Our best bits would be Siam Elephant safari (the elephants are treated so well), Mambo's steak restaurant (gorgeous food), Nai harn beach and De Vinnci Italian restaurant (they took the kids to go make their own pizzas - lovely touch). We found every place we went they absolutely adored kids, everyone was very hospitable. We had a lovely week of mostly sunshine with only one afternoon/night of stormy rain (which coming from Dubai we loved) and one day was really cloudy - the other days were mostly sunny. Amazing Moments.....!!!!!!!

It was my first tour with friends. I was a bit tensed about our stay far from home. When we arrived I was amazed by the combination of simplicity and aristocracy of Villa.The villa was always calm and quiet and just a walk away from all urban facilities. The outdoor was truly mind-blowing and significantly awarded by natural beauty. We enjoyed every services provided by the authority. 24 hours on call room service never interrupted our privacy. Best location for us!

Spent ten days over the holidays at this Villa and couldn't be more pleased with the location. Close to our favorite beach (Nai Harn) but within a short distance of Chalong, Rawai and Kata night life. We like to stay away from the craziness of the main towns so this was perfect. The Villa was very well maintained and clean with regular maid service and the owners went out of their way to make our stay very relaxing. Nai Harn Beach, Phuket, Luxurious 2 Bedroom Condo
Spacious, clean & very close to the beach - Great value for money.

I stayed in this apartment with my wife and our two young children (ages 1 & 3 years) for nearly 4 weeks (Jan /Feb 2015). From the first email to our final departure I can say that it has been nothing but a pleasure to stay in this apartment - Nothing was a problem. Taxis were arranged for us to/from the airport. We arrived very late and were greeted by Henk (with a smile) who helped us settle in. All the staff in the complex were very kind and gentile. The apartment is enormous (larger than most in Phuket) and well equipped. The air conditioning functions correctly but sometimes we would never use it during the day as there is a lovely breeze that passes through the place. Then there's the beach only 200 m away! Great spot for families where the kids had a chance to mix with other children from all nationalities. There's a small supermarket, juice bar (which we loved) and plenty of places to eat serving great Thai food. Often we'd get some take away and take back to the apartment but mostly we'd come straight off the beach, sit down and eat. On a general note Nai Harn is not the place to go if you want to party as it's very quiet at night and not very built up but it's really a wonderful family spot. Peter, you may want to change the main complex photo as it doesn't indicate that there is now a another block of apartments and staff quarters directly behind "The Sands".
