“Paradise on Tha Lane Bay” It was a great accommodation. From the first to the last day of our honeymoon we enjoyed every second in the great villa. In the house there was lot of space. The bathroom with the one way looking window was great. So we could watching hummingbirds. The sleeping room had a great view to the ocean. And the best was jumping directly to the private pool :-). From the pool we could enjoy the great view to the ocean with the chalk cliffs. The well tended garden around the villa it's great to relaxing. The food and services was very excellent. So we always enjoyed our meals under the private roof outside. We had a lot of dinners with great sunsets. The organization like day-trip with car or boat was fantasic. So we felt us in good hands. Thank you very much Sandy. We enjoyed this days there very well. Lot of private ambience and the stuff is everytime helpful with a smiling on the lips. This was for us the perfect honeymoon. I think people who like to relax in good ambience and with fine service will like to stay in Tha Lane Bay. We would like to come back to the small paradise once. “Wonderful experience.” I would definitely recommend this villa from a family trip to a friends sharing trip.Very modern and amazing villa with all the confort, in a private and quiet area but still close to all the amenities (10 minutes to the center with the motorbike). The staff is very discrete but still available to all your desires. Basically you have the service of a 5 stars hotel in a private residence. With the 2 canoe you can go to amazing small white sand private beach or some mangrove beautiful landscaping. The driver bring you where you want from 9am to 10pm. If you add the value of the driver, the rent of the bike and other facilities the villa is actually cheap. Nothing to say more, just try it.

“Nice villa” Spent 3 nights at Baan Manu Chang. We were assigned a driver (San) and a host (Sara) who were both very helpful and friendly. The villa was very homey, pool was great. It would have been nice if they provided condiments to cook with considering it had a kitchen - I ended up bringing some from home + buying it from Tesco. One thing, the hot water in the shower was not hot enough. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

“The ideal villa to stay in Krabi!” We stayed at the Baan Zoe Villa from June 30 to July 3, and it is the best villa experience we have had. Manager JJ greeted us at our arrival, and showed us around the villa. She has also suggested us various attractions and helped us to plan our visits. Villa is spacious and clean even at full capacity. Staffs are very friendly and helpful! They have paid attention to our requests (such as transportation arrangement, food preference, mattresses arrangement), and helped us in enjoying our vacation far exceeding our expectations. The location of the villa is not within walkable distance to the attractions, but transportation service are available to take us to the attractions. The exclusive pool is clean and pool size is just right. We also enjoyed the Jacuzzi right next to the pool. We would also like to recommend the in villa thai chef service. We stated our food preference (or even easier, what we would like to have), and the chefs would prepare the meal during our attraction visit. Foods were ready when we are back to the villa, and we had one of our best meal during our stay in Krabi! As a pianist, the presence of a Yamaha grand piano is a wonderful surprise for me. It added even more joy after our meal. It would be even better if the piano could be kept in better condition. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay in Baan Zoe Villa, and we are still missing our stay during the villa. We would definitely stay at Baan Zoe Villa again if we are revisiting Krabi, and we would recommend it to our families and friends.

“Beach Paradise” "Piman Pu" is a beach paradise - a grand timber villa in Thai style with extensive tropical gardens and beautiful sea and mountain views. It is a secluded place to relax, be with friends, and enjoy island hospitality. The swimming at high tide is great or at any tide at Coconut Beach about 500 metres from the rear of the property. I've stayed more than once, and look forward to further visits. Highly recommended!

“Best Villa accomodation in ao Nang!” Rob was efficient in replying my queries regarding the villa, through email. I was impressed. We only had to pay 1 night deposit and the remaining nights at the end of our stay. My friends and I (a total of 8 of us) stayed at Baan Santhiya for 3 nights out of the 6 nights we were in Krabi. We were truly wowed and impressed with Rob's & Lynn's great service. Lynn fetched us from the airport and on our journey to the villa she was really friendly and feed us useful information about Krabi. Upon reaching we were ushered to Villa 4. Rob then help us unload our luggage from the van and welcome us. Lynn then gave us the keys and we were quickly done with the admin stuff - efficient. We only faced a few minor problems. First the complimentary welcome fruits were bad (watermelon). However it's free so no complaints there. Next, the pool was a little chalky and only functioned (bubbling and lighting were switched on) in the evening. However we still love the place nonetheless! All in all, we enjoyed our stay there! We love everything about Baan Santhiya! Beds were clean, wifi was fast (faster on level 1 though) and cable tv was awesome! Room service was great too! We always came back to clean and comfy rooms. The pool was great! Though a little chalky but we didn't mind and enjoyed ourselves! Overall everything was awesome! On a side noted: We had to stay at another hotel for the remaining 3 nights of our stay in Krabi because Baan Santhiya was fully booked. Rob was kind enough to personally send us to our hotel using his personal 4 x 4 truck. He even helped us arranged airport transfer from our hotel to Krabi airport on our last day. He is so thoughtful. We were touched. We were truly satisfied with our stay there and we will definitely choose Baan Santhiya whenever we're back in Krabi!

“Perfect Family Vacation!” We stayed with Som and Tom nine days. The room set up couldn't have been better for a family of seven--mom and dad, three boys and grandma and grandpa! The three boys had a little apartment upstairs and across the yard from the grown ups had a two bedroom house complete with a large screen TV and movies! The boys were very happy about that. We went out for dinner a couple of times, but found that Som's kitchen was the best! The big outdoor kitchen where we had all our meals was the perfect hangout. Som has a menu available, so we had lots of choices. Each meal was delicious!!! The boys enjoyed the zip line one afternoon, but we all spent a great deal of time in the pool--a very beautiful setting. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!!

“We felt like the rich and famous!!! - What a dream place to stay” Well what can i say - I loved every minute of this place. Everything about Kulraya Villas is 5 star! * The house and view, the pool is absolutely stunning. * Bedrooms are beautiful - one looks over the pool and the other over the garden/hills * Two bathrooms which are both clean and to a high standard * Beds are huge - queen in one room and king in the other. Or a king and a XL king * The place is immaculate - you just call them when you want the room cleaned * The breakfasts are delicious - choice of continental or cooked * The food (if ordered) is well priced compared to hotels and is delivered to the villa promptly and is delicious. * The location is beautiful - perched up in the hills * There's a fully equip kitchen so great for families as well as a washing machine. * I could keep going on for ever as i loved so much about this place. The only thing i could say against the location is that you really need your own transport. ie car or motor bike. This isn't even really a problem as Ian and Luk can organise this for you at a good rate or just get one from the many places in town. We got a bike for 200 Baht a day! The beaches are lovely. The closest one is about a 3-4 min drive away with white sand and crystal blue water. Other surrounding beaches we loved was Relax Bay which was great for kids as its a small beach so you could always see the kids and the water is shallow. I want to go back there and have told all my friends about it.

“Wonderful Villa” Fantastic house very clean and spacious with views towards the sea and great sunsets. Very secluded set in its own grounds with walled garden and welcoming pool but still only a few hundred yards from good restaurants .I would thoroughly recommend this villa to anyone.

“Room for family or multiple friends” This is the second time staying and reviewing for Escape Cabins in Koh Lanta. My first experience with Escape cabins completely surpassed any expectations I had for any type of accommodations while traveling. Recommended by a trusted friend, I quickly learned that small and hospitable businesses such as Escape cabins made my stay a memorable one, and made me want to return in the future. Arranging my second stay at Escape, was even more easier than the first time as I referenced my name and when I stayed there last, Yuko immediately remembered me, which made it very easy to make arrangements. Yuko arranged something very quickly for me and it turned out to be the unit (cottage) I wanted to stay during my first visit. The hospitality and ease of organizing/booking was second nature to Yuko making it a very smooth transition so I could quickly begin to enjoy my stay. The cottage unit is the largest of the 9 units and is suitable for families with children or with a group of friends. Everything that you could want from home had already been considered in the design and facilities available for the unit. A full kitchen a large bathroom and large living (indoor.outdoor) space is available. It simply was everything you wanted and needed in a place when traveling especially if you want to stay for a little while. It's much harder to travel around especially with a family and Escape offers an excellent tranquil space to relax and set up as home base while traveling or vacationing. The biggest advantage I found from the cottage is that it was a space large enough for more than 2 people, and that it was a space that you could quite easily be more than happy to relax with all the amenities from home and not feel like you need to be doing something. The feeling of staying in the cottage is far from being "stuck" in a hotel room with nothing to do and nothing to eat. Highly recommended!

“Haven of peace with great facilities and excellent service” Planned as part of a larger development, the villa is currently the sole one constructed , which gives it a unique quality as it is surrounded by trees and farmland - the sunset chorus is amazing. The quality of service was excellent with regular visits by cleaners, pool maintenance staff and gardeners. The house is so well planned around the terrace and swimming pool with well-proportioned rooms and comfortable furniture. Its situation, midway down the west coast means it is ideally situated to all the beaches on Koh Lanta, while a short walk gives access to numerous beachside restaurants, shops etc. Nothing to dislike here - only suggestion would be a wider choice of Dvds perhaps?

“Great time in Koh Lanta with family” I have rented Laurent Pinci's villa for a short stay in Koh Lanta with my family in Feb 2013. Koh Lanta is a superb place, completely out of time, and the villa surely met our expectations: well situated, comfortable and modern, it's the perfect HQ from which to explore Koh Lanta.

“Super!” We stayed for two weeks yanuary 2014. House is comfortable, specious. interior very nice. Villas is air-condition, wifi internet, led tv, kitchen with kitchenware, kettle, toaster and stove. Was perfect to dip into a private pool. Large beautiful garden creates an atmosphere of relaxation and privacy. If you want to relax quietly and efficiently, then this place is perfect for you. Special thanks to the owner of the villa Serge who helped with all our questions, from the shuttle and rental car, ending advice on what places to visit Koh Lanta. Very pleasant and attentive man, like his wife Pat. Also,they own and manage the French bakery "Faim de Loup". Very convenient to go there for breakfast, which is not only delicious, but also at a discount)))

“July 2013 an Escapade More than We Bargained For” Just to give you a heads up, we just returned yesterday and here is my 'thumbs and toes up' review for Villa Saifon & how we wouldn't hesitate to return anytime. We are a group of 5 adults and 2 small children (4year old twins). It was such a pleasant surprise upon arrival to find such an accommodation fit for a 'king' in a rural environment. Yes rural would best describe the surroundings as its picturesque rock formation across a large pond from the private infinity pool would make anyone (from the city of course) stare in wonder for hours. The villa pictures don't quite do it justice to be honest! Despite its rural surroundings, we city-dwellers found it extremely heart-warming as the service staff (Fon, Mike & their team) made our villa more than comfy, and service more than personal. We Singaporeans like to prefer ourselves 'cleaner' and more 'particular' about cleanliness. We would hence consider our experience at Villa Saifon of good standards. And electricity was working perfectly during our entire stay there..=) Its clean, towels are fresh and most importantly, the staff provided impeccable service at our beck and call! We were travelling with 2 small kids so comfort and cleanliness pretty much tops our requirement. I would consider the in-villa dinner prepared by Fon and her girls one of the highlights of our trip to Krabi. It was so worth it, you have to probably experience it to say the same. I would like to thank Mike for parting with his very own breakfast loaf and sharing it with us! Thanks again Mike. It was a hearty breakfast because of that loaf! hahaaa.. Our tip for villa-hunters?
