“Excellent Villa and Amazing Staff” We spent a week over New Years and what a fantastic experience! The Villa is close to all amenities (shops, beach, restaurants etc) so you are spoilt for choice for quick lunches / dinners or bar hopping. The rooms are spacious, the house is equipped with DVD's & books and the staff are super friendly and extremely helpful! Breakfasts were out of this world and dinners amazing! Thank-you an amazing holiday!

“The perfect stay” We joined family friends for a week at Bann Kata Keeree and could not have been more happy with our stay. “Great place with everything you need for a getaway” Beautiful villa with everything you need for a getaway. Kitchen, BBQ pit, Private swimming pool. Rooms are clean and living room is nicely furnished as well. The only downside will be the location as it is situated in a less popular area. But nonetheless, you have a supermarket nearby for you to shop for your BBQ food. And of course, the amount of mosquitos we had to deal with. But this is more of the country rather than the villa itself.

“Favourite Stay of the Year” I stayed with 4 friends last year while we were visiting Phuket for tennis competition. It was our favourite stay for the whole year. The villa is amazing! We really couldn't believe how cheap it was to stay there for such a beautiful villa. The owners are very nice people and were both always on hand to help throughout our stay. I highly recommend staying here, you won't be disappointed.

“Beautiful Villa & Relaxing Holiday!” Our stay in angela's villa was fantastic. From booking the villa, to the pick up at the airport and hiring a car when we got there nothing was too much trouble. The villa was gorgeous and the pool was fantastic. The location is very quiet but it is only a short walk to the Tesco supermarket and the beach and we even did this with a baby in a pram! The Bliss Beach Club on Bang Tao beach is great and the staff are lovely. We would recommend hiring a car so you can explore Phuket but you could also just lay by the pool all day and relax in paradise!

“Highly recommended” Stayed there for 4 great days. Excellent location and brilliant sea view! Basically everything you need is there. It's only 10 mins away from Patong and Kamala beach. Will definitely go back there again for my next trip! Thumbs up for this great house!

“You get what you pay for” KataKiwiRoo apartment has a good price performance ratio.You get what you pay for. For same quality and space you have to pay double price near beach. All rooms have air con and the bedroom with the comfortable kingsize beed is a guarant for a good sleep.The chicken will wake up you next morning. The apartment is indeed 2 km far from the beach but by motor bike you are on the beactiful Kata beach in a few minutes. Do not hesitate to rent a motorbike from Mr. Nut and have fun in the Phuket traffic. To rent a car is not a good idea and not required. Electricity, water and gas are included in the total price. The kitchen has all items for a late breakfast or for a quick snack and the refrigerator has enough place for cool drinks. Next Seven - Eleven is only 100 meters far from apartment. For lunch and dinner you can find a lot of local thai restaturants near the apartment. The Manger Mr.Nut takes care of everything and speaks Englisch very well. His nice wife can pick up you and return to airport for standard price. The room is cleaned daily. Towels and sheets are also exchanged weekly or on request. Receiving local guests - Thai ladies - is not a problem. The pool is adequate for a quick refresh. To pay via flipkey is working without any problem but includes additional payment . A lot of wireless open and secured networks available around you can connect but not for free. Daily weekly , monthly flatrates are available. I have enjoined all days of my stay and will return as soon as possible.
