A fabulous two bedroom apartment situated in The Sands Boutique Resort, this very private top floor condo is set in beautiful gardens with peaceful views to a National Park lake, the hills beyond and a mere 3 minutes walk to stunning Nai Harn beach in the south of Phuket. The idyllic sunset at Nai Harn Beach is visible from our balcony. Nai Harn is regularly voted as one of the best beaches in Asia by Tripadvisor.

Within easy reach of great local amenities and restaurants, the condo is only 15 minutes from the beach life of Kata where surfers abound and Karon known as the 'sunbathers' beach. Patong, with its excellent shopping, people watching, beach activities, restaurants and night life offers an escape only 25 minutes from your paradise haven. All this and still a choice of some small secluded beaches within reach of the condo.

The complex pool offers further hours of entertainment should the lure of the nearby beach get a little jaded. An ideal choice of those lucky enough to enjoy the months of retirement abroad as within days the local community of Nai Harn makes you feel like you belong.

The apartment itself is 125 square meters, very well kept, clean and well equipped. On the top floor and therefore very private with great views over Nai Harn lake.

Getting around

While a car is not necessary we can help arrange rental. Alternatively there are many car rental companies at the airport. There are many local taxis and there is a local bus service which stops roughly every 15 minutes right outside the condo.

Interaction with guest

Our property manager Magnus and his charming wife Pla will be on hand during your stay. We organise airport transfers and are happy to be of help in any way we can. Cleaning, sheets and towel changes are carried out every three days.

Fantastic condo within walking distance of one of the best beaches in Thailand. Such a relaxing stay. Highly recommend this for anyone looking to go to Thailand to relax.

If Peter (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
