An island paradise situated in the heart of Key Largo, adjacent to John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park and Molasses Reef. The property is located in Rock Harbor's most upscale resort. The area has the distinction of being Key Largos newest oceanfront gated destination, with some of the most unique amenities in all of the keys. It caters to those who simply desire the very best in luxury accommodations.

Here you'll find Key West style villas and suites nestled in a tropical setting. This is a 2-bedroom 2.5 bath Premier Plus Oceanfront Suite (1,900 sf Living Area + 250 sf Balcony) that was recently added to our vacation rental lineup. The Premier Plus Designation is due to all the high end features it comes with as well as the extra private Den with TV & trundle bed that can be used to accommodate two more people.

Everything about this unit is top of the line and brand new. The kitchen has all brand-new stainless-steel Kitchen Aid appliances, 24" x 24" marble flooring, new Tommy Bahama bedroom furniture, new Flat Screen High-Definition TVs in all rooms, spacious bathrooms with top-of-the-line fixtures and granite counter tops, and best of all an epic balcony with access from living room as well as from master bedroom, with direct views of the clear blue ocean and over a dozen sailboats anchored just offshore. The added feature of the low-cut mangrove sanctuary extending out from the base of the building to the water's edge attracting all sorts of exotic birds and the mangrove islands in the far distance make this one of the most dynamic & breathtaking views in all of the keys.

The resort offers you and your family a wide array of amenities to enjoy. It's most unique feature is the new lagoon style oceanfront swimming pool conveniently located adjacent to the condo building. This is the largest oceanfront pool in the entire keys, it is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, coconut trees, sandy beach entries, tiki huts, tiki torches and BBQ's. The condo's close proximity to the pool allows you to relax in the unit while still being able to literally watch over your family as they enjoy the pool and sandy beach area. Your experience will leave no doubt that you are vacationing in an island paradise. The community also offers guests its own state of the art club house, fitness center, and Jacuzzi with waterfall grotto.

At the center of the complex is our 45-slip deep water marina with service pedestals. Our on-site harbormaster will assist you with all your boating, diving and fishing needs. The Spiegel Grove and Molasses Reef are 15 minutes away.

SOME VERY IMPORTANT FACTS TO CONSIDER:

Many of the most popular vacation rental websites have been infiltrated by more and more con artist that advertise properties and take payments/reservations for properties that do not exist. Also, many private owners throughout the keys are operating illegal vacation rentals in areas not zoned to allow for rentals of less than 28 days. This is an activity that the county is aggressively cracking down on for a variety of reasons. Owners that are caught by Code Enforcement face steep fines and are required to immediately stop advertising and cancel all of their reservations.

So, to insure you have the peace of mind in knowing that you are dealing with a legitimate vacation rental manager and will not become the next victim of internet fraud, finding yourself stranded in the keys without a place to stay or reserve from an owner that is running an illegal rental. It is imperative that you make sure the owner/manager you ultimately rent from is licensed by both Monroe County as well as The State of Florida Division of Hotels and Restaurants.

Pest Control is one of my top priorities since all properties located in this tropical environment are vulnerable to becoming infested with roaches, ants, and spiders. Nothing will ruin a family vacation faster than having to share your unit with these unwelcome guests. That is why all my units are treated and inspected on a regular basis by a Professional Extermination Company.
