An island paradise situated in the heart of Key Largo, adjacent to John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park and Molasses Reef. The property is located in Rock Harbor's most upscale neighborhood. The area has the distinction of being Key Largo's newest oceanfront gated destination, with no other private residences in the Key Largo area even coming close. It caters to those who simple desire the very best in luxury accommodations and amenities.

Here you'll find Key West style villas, and suites nestled in a tropical setting. This villa offers the largest layout for any 3-bedroom 3.5 bath unit (2,495 sf L.A.) anywhere in the upper keys. Villa amenities include both a full kitchen as well as a separated ground floor kitchenette. It has cathedral ceilings, a Jacuzzi tub, a private sundeck, a private patio w/BBQ, granite counter tops, and modern bathrooms. This villa was totally updated in the Fall of 2016. Upgrades include fresh coat of paint throughout entire unit, all brand-new furniture, new tile plank flooring in Master Bedroom, Guest Bedroom/Bath. This is an activity that the county is aggressively cracking down on for a variety of reasons. Owners that are caught by Code Enforcement face steep fines and are required to immediately stop advertising and cancel all of their reservations.

So, to insure you have the peace of mind in knowing that you are dealing with a legitimate vacation rental manager and will not become the next victim of internet fraud, finding yourself stranded in the keys without a place to stay or reserve from an owner that is running an illegal rental. It is imperative that you make sure the owner/manager you ultimately rent from is licensed by both Monroe County as well as The State of Florida Division of Hotels and Restaurants.

Pest Control is one of my top priorities since all properties located in this tropical environment are vulnerable to becoming infested with roaches, ants, and spiders. Nothing will ruin a family vacation faster than having to share your unit with these unwelcome guests. That is why all my units are treated and inspected on a regular basis by a Professional Extermination Company.
