Great 3rd floor 2 bedroom 2 bath rental unit at 1800 Atlantic. All furnishings replaced in 2011,decorated in an elegant contemporary style. This unit is spacious with a full size fully equipped eat in Kitchen. There is a king bed in the
master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Both bedrooms and the living room open onto a 40 ft private balcony. From the balcony you have a view of the tropical courtyard and garden, a partial view of the Atlantic Ocean.
There is high speed internet access in the Condo.

this apartment was excellent all around. the process for renting and check - in was simple; we arrived late in the evening and the guard was friendly, professional and helpful. the grounds were well kept and very clean. The pool, steam room, jacuzzi, pool furniture, ping pong table in recreation area are all in great shape. The courtyard is well kept and maintained. Grilling in the even in the courtyard was very relaxing. Our unit was furnished with modern furniture, with plenty of towels including for the beach., well stocked kitchen, all was perfect! Don't let the long dark hallway to this unit worry you. The unit is modern well kept. There is a huge whirlpool in the master bathroom, from the 70?s, looks like it requires a lot of water, a few places that door knobs are loose and behind the sliding door in the master bathroom the paint is peeling. Sleeper sofa is new but not very comfortable we place blankets underneath the mattress to off set the bar that was piercing. None of this bothered us. Plenty of sunshine in the morning and shade in the afternoon, you have partial view of the ocean, nice balcony with table for 4 and chairs for 11! very close (walking distance to smather's beach; need key to unlock gate). We had an excellent experience and would love to return.
