We stayed at Sinta Villa with our adult children - it was a week of just chilling out together in beautiful surroundings. We loved the level of care provided by Dewa and the other staff - I particularly loved the towel sculptures on my bed each morning! Thanks Dewa :0)
The villa is in a quiet location off the main Seminyak shopping strip right behind the Queen of Tandoor restaurant. The villa, pool and gardens were always immaculately presented thanks Dewa, Agus and Gade!
Will definitely be recommending that my family and friends stay there. The visiting squirrels were very cute and their tight rope abilities outstanding on the power lines.

Stayed at this villa with a group of friends and absolutely loved it. Very spacious and clean and tidy. Theres a great butler that comes daily. Pool is great,very clean and gets sun all day. Great location to all Seminyak shops. Would recommend to people of all ages.

If you want just ask, you can walk to all local shops and restaurants. From the time of your arrival at the airport until the time you depart for the airport you are always greeted with a friendly smile, Villa is stunning, with all the mod cons that you would wish for, even down to having a back up generator, should you lose power. Book it you wont be disappointed I guarantee, as we are frequent visitors to Bali.

I am a regular to Bali and have stayed in many luxury Villas. This Villa is so well appointed and well located that it trumps even some that you would pay double the price for.
Dewa the main house attendant is charming in every way. Could not be more helpful and makes a fabulous cocktail - just a bit tooo fabulous. Nothing is too much trouble and you really feel more looked after than could ever be possible in a Resort...
The bicycles are a nice touch and riding around in the earliest part of the morning was a real treat..
I'm torn between keeping this place a secret and telling the world - As I wish them every success - here I am telling the world.

We arrived at Sinta Villa with no expectations as it was new and very reasonably priced. With previous experiences we have had i thought there would be a few hiccups. Well there wasn't. Besides a new air con not working properly. This was dealt with immediately and the owners contacted me straight away. I believe they decided to replace it anyway. I loved this villa for the location and the value for money. The pool is fantastic for kids with a shallow part attached to pool. We have 2 small children that can't swim and this was perfect. This was maintained and kept clean every second day. The lawn around the pool and villa also gives room for the kids to run about. The upstairs rooms are ideal for families- one queen bed in one room and the opposite room is twin beds. The stairs were also child friendly. If you have guests over, there is another bathroom next to the kitchen that can be used instead of people going into the bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom was the bigger of the two queen rooms- just what the teenager loved! The kitchen has enough space to cook if you like and plenty of fridge room for food and drinks. A hot/ cold water cooler is changed over when needed- perfect for bottles! I tried to upload photos but it won't but i can say the photos on the website are exactly how the villa is. What i loved best about the villa was the pool!! and being close to Bali Deli for breakfast- although Dewa would be happy to cook you breakfast for a sm price. What i liked least was the couch wasn't the most comfortable- but i am a comfort queen and it wasn't uncomfortable- but thats what you get in a $500+ a night villa. I would have loved a daybed (again- in a $500p/n villa) and music outside too but we took a little ipod dock which did the job! All in all, we will definately return to Sinta Villa.

From the minute we were picked up at the airport to the night we left, we were so happy with the service and beautiful surrounds of the villa. Dewa looked after all our needs, from loading the mobile phones they supplied us with, to booking a driver and arranging spa treatments and money exchange! It was like having our own personal assistant and he always had a smile on his face. The villa had all you could ask for, including a blender which was great for mixing cocktails to enjoy by the pool. The air conditioning in all rooms meant we could all sleep in comfort. We were 3 groups of friends, and the room layout with 2 bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs meant we all had privacy. The Main Street was a short 5 minute walk away with lots of great restaurants, shops and day spas in walking distance. It was so peaceful and the only thing that saddened us was that we had to leave, but we will be back! The only recommendation I would have would be to add a couple more sun loungers as there were only 3, so if 6 guests were staying you might have to draw straws to see who gets one.
