Horta Da Avozinha is a property with 6000 m2 all enclosed by a fence with only one access, an electric gate. It is a beautiful tourist resort with large garden areas and an orchard with fruit trees-Oranges, lemons, avocadoes, grape-fruits, etc. that can be enjoyed by guests, there are also a fish pond and a children play area. The property offers all the essential ingredients for perfect family holidays a peaceful location in the unspoilt countryside of the western Algarve, easy access by car to beaches Luz 3 Km and Burgau 8 km. Nearby there are several golf courses-Bela Vista, Parque da Floresta, Palmares and Penina Golf. In the property the...re are two independent Villas-VILLA KIMBO and VILLA AVOZINHA. Both villas stand at opposite ends of the lovely garden, so there is no compromise of privacy. BOOKING- In case of being interested the payment are made by bank transfer and the reservation is granted after a 30% of payment of the total amount corresponding to the concern period.Afterwards the time will be blocked.The balance of 70% will be done cash in the property on your arrival day.An 150Euros amount as safe deposit must be delivered at arrival in cash(against receipt) required against damage . This quantity will be normally refunded if no damages occur, on your departing day.Payment is usually accepted in quoted currency(Euros) unless the currency and the amount is speccifically agree in advance with the owner/advertiser.OCCUPANCY-The rate aplies to a maximum of 8 people (includes children above 2 years), baybies will not be charge.1- CANCELLATION - In the event of the client booking cancellation, the payments made until that time are non refundable. 2- BOOKING CHANGES- Changes to booking arragements should be advised in writing way, whilst every effort will be made to accomodateyour request, anyway and unfortunately we can give no guarantees.
3- INSURANCE- It is recommended that clients take out independent travel insurance. The property is insured against fire and other usual insurable perils but this does not include the guest`s personal belongings. Damages or on property as well damage and undue use outside house perimeter of furniture and all other house belongings caused intentionally or by negligent use by guests are not covered by any insurance, so is not allowed and than is entirely a guests responsibility to support it.

  We have returned to Villa Kimbo for the fourth time. We think the location is great as it is lovely and quiet but not far from more lively areas in Praia Da Luz and Lagos. The pool is great and always a wonderful place to cool off if the weather is hot. We also feel very secure as the property is behind electic gates operated by a key fob given to you by the owners. The villa is very comfortable with 2 lounge areas which is quite nice if you have a diverse range of ages in your party. Our "oldies" enjoyed reading in one area while others enjoyed the satellite TV in the other. There was a nice addition of extra fans this year which are a bonus as there is no air-conditioning and if you are staying in the summer months it can be very hot! The local golf courses are very good if you have keen golfers in your party - but be sure to bring a handicap certificate with you as some will ask for it. Also bring your own golf balls as they are quite expensive to buy. The kitchen is well equipped - the fridge/freezer works well in the heat - we would advise you to keep all your food in the fridge as there is a lack of cupboard space - and you will get ants if you leave it out. The other tip is to keep things such as potatoes in a saucepan with the lid on as this seems to deter the local wildlife. The owners are very friendly and Maria Teresa speaks good english. They will point you to the local Modelo (Tesco equivalent) or aldi (open Sunday PM). Our party ranged in age from 14 to 86 and all equally enjoy Villa Kimbo.
  Please note - you will need to drive in order to easily access this villa as it is a couple of km to the nearest bus stop in Espiche.

  This Villa is wonderful, your not overlooked, it has an excellent pool, loads of room and very clean. The BBQ was used daily as was the pool! The owners do live on site, however they are extremely friendly and leave you well alone to enjoy your holiday. They take a lot of pride in the 2 villa's they rent out within their land and that is shown in the way everything is beautifully kept!
