The view outside your window is of Rue Garrett, the castle, the cathedral and the river. The castle and the cathedral are lit at night. We had a full moon while we were there, so it was even more magical.
Very spacious and up to date.
Paulo was very helpful in every respect including the bad lock in the front door and the broken water main which flooded the foyer.
Despite the jets in the tub not working, the front door lock problems and the water issues we will return happily. -

From inquiry to checkout Paul was great. The process was easy and had no problems.
Our first time in Lisbon but cannot think of a better location. The appartment was clean and very nice.
Would stay here again for sure. Recommended. -

After looking at many apartments we chose this one mainly because of the location which turned out to be perfect. It is within walking distance of many restaurants, cafes and public transit. Paulo and Silva were professional and very helpful in answering all our questions. The apartment was clean and very roomy for the five of us. With all the windows it make it bright and sunny. It is located on a popular street which at times, especially through the evening hours caused it to be very noisy so unfortunately we had to close the windows in order to keep out the noise. But being in such a good location compensated for this. All in all a great place!

We have just returned from this Chaido appartment. When we arrived we were met by a lovely young lady who spent time telling us a few key fhings about the appartment and also about getting around in Lisbon. The appartment itself is central and a great base to explore the city. It was very clean and tastefully decorated. Would definitely stay there again.

Sometimes when you look at pictures of a vacation apartment for rent I get the impression that it is to good to be true. In the case of our rental in Lisbon this adage was asolutely untrue. What a fantastic apartment in the heart of the best neighborhood in central Lisbon. Wonderful service, a huge apartment, perfectly prepared and close to fantastic restaurants and all of the major transportation hubs. We could not have been more pleased. We arived early and Paulo graciously agreed to store our luggage in his nearby office. You're an easy 10 minute walk to the Rossio train station and easy walking distance to 2 groceries. The views from the wrap around balcony are great (you can easily see the St. George Castle/Fort)and it is absolutely quiet as well.The kitchen is well stocked with all of the basics that you need to cook. There is also a fantastic bakery just around the corner. I can't imagine staying anywhere else when visiting Lisbon. What a great find!!!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Lisbonne. L'appartement est une des meilleurs location que nous ayons faites à travers l'Europe et nous voyageons plusieurs fois par an avec nos 2 enfants. La localisation de l'appartement est génial. Nos enfants et nous mêmes avons adoré le quartier, très charmant, typique. On s'y sent comme chez soi instantanément. Tout est facile d'accès. L'appartement est très bien fait, de bon goût et parfaitement équipé. Sylvia vous accueille avec le sourire et vous explique le fonctionnement de l'appartement ainsi que le quartier (ce qui n'est pas le cas partout). En résumé : parfait ! Nous reviendrons.

My family (two adults and one teenager) stayed in this apartment in July of 2011. It is a very spacious, clean and well appointed apartment. The kitchen had everything you could need (plates, utensils, pots, pans, etc.) and opens out onto a narrow wrap around balcony - so very bright. There's a fridge, washer/dryer and stove with toaster, microwave, etc. - and everything worked perfectly. The combined livingroom/dining room was very spacious and very bright with some floor to ceiling windows that open onto the balcony. Two bedrooms - again, quite spacious - with floor to ceiling windows that also open to the balcony - and two bathrooms (one tub and shower and one shower only - with the latter being a bit snug). There is a/c in each of the main rooms. The location is right in the center of the shopping district with some great restaurants just up the street. Although there is a lot of hustle and bustle in the street below, the apartment itself is very quiet. My only complaint is the mattresses in each of the bedrooms - they are as hard as rocks. Not sure if we were sleeping on an actual box spring, but I have never experienced such a firm bed (and we travel a lot!). Regardless, I would highly recommend this appartment - and if we visit Lisbon again, we will be sure to book the same property.

Myself and my parents spent a wonderful weekend in this beautiful apartment in Lisbon shortly after Christmas, incorporating the New Year.
The apartment is fabulously situated- right in the heart of things.Having said that, the apartment was remarkably quiet, thanks to double glazing and shutters.It was only when we stepped out the front door were we confronted with the bustle of a busy street.Incredible to have everything at out doorstep- shopping , museums, metro and supermarket.
The apartment is very well equipped- has a very well stocked kitchen , satellite TV, wireless internet heating ( for that time of year)and most importantly for my elderly parent, a lift.
We had a wonderful New years Eve, dining at one of the nearby restaurants and then retreating to our elegant apartment to drink champagne and see the fireworks from our balcony.
Paulo and his management company were most helpful.
We very much appreciated the fact that they were able to accomodate storing our luggage on check out day for a later flight.
I could not recommend this property highly enough and cannot wait to return to beautiful Lisbon and to Chiado. -

We stayed with two teen aged children in this great apartment in Chiado, which is located between Baixa and Barrio alto. Central location for tourists - close to the Baixa-Chiado metro station (Blue and Green lines) and tram 28! The apartment was very light and airy. It was immaculate when we checked in and the kitchen was well supplied with all cooking equipment and appliances. For groceries there is a Pingo Doce in Rossio, just down the hill. Check-in and check-out were very easy. The management company was very helpful with arranging cabs to the airport. A great way to stay in Lisbon.

My friends and I were visiting Lisbon from Canada and the us. We rented two apartments for a week and couldn't have been happier! The location of the apartments is perfect!! Great shopping, cafes, and restaurants at your doorstep!
The apartments were clean, comfortable, recently renovated, and had a nice view. The pull out couches were quite comfortable and the beds extra firm (those with back problems will appreciate this). We also preferred the amenities of the apartment over hotels, such as the washer/dryer, fridge, dishwasher, wireless internet, and living/dining room area. And thank goodness for the elevators to transport our large suitcases!
Paulo and his team were incredibly friendly and helpful, and all correspondences and transactions were easy and smooth. This place is a great find! I would absolutely recommend it to others and stay here on my next visit to beautiful Lisbon!
