Description

Le Vénoc is one of our three lovely independant studios into a 16th century house in the center of Lourmarin, one of the most beautiful villages in Provence
Peaceful, confortable and nicely decorated ,it is ground floor , with only two little steps to the room, and very fresh in summer. The apartment can be handicap-accessible for a lightweight wheelchair.
If this studio is no longer available, we may have another one suitable for you, out of our 3 studios.

Being part of our16th century house "La Cordière", it also has an exit to the rest of the house, and you will be able to enjoy the terrace, the romantic courtyard and the summer kitchen, together with our other guest staying in our other two studios. The athmosphere of the whole house is very friendly and we want you to really feel home.

There is a nearby small public parking only 100 meters away and you will not need you car in the village as you will be only 2 minutes walk from all the best : baker, small groceries, cafés, restaurants, nice shops, art galleries, and the beautiful renaissance Chateau.
Lourmarin is very central in Provence and it's an ideal base for visiting the region as almost all places of interest can be reached within an hour by car. One can easily visit the great hill top villages, the vineyards, all sorts of markets, or go for a swiming day in the Cassis Calanques, have a different program every day and “return home” each night.
Ou weekly market, one of the finest in Provence, is held on Friday morning and you will love its musical ambiance and happy atmosphere. Cooking demonstrations by local restaurateurs enliven the farmers' market which is held on Tuesday evenings from May to October on the topic of organic agricultural products and wine.

The appartment offers a comfortable living space and can accomodate up to three people with a large queen bed, plus an extra sofa bed for 1 person, TV, full kitchen with washing machine, ensuite bathroom with large shower, and siting and dining corner. Your pets are welcome and Wifi is available in all the common aereas of the house
The bed linen are provided, the bath towels are replaced after 3 days, and cleening is done weekly.

The apartment is suited to accommodate 3 people maximum.
Pets are allowed on request
Smoke free environment but no smoking in the apartment, building or common patio.

We require at least a half-week stay to make a reservation during summer season, by cutting the week into two halves, each half beginning or ending on a Saturday.
At time of reservation, guest is charged an 25 % deposit , full amount shall be paid on arrival. Paypal, checks in Euros and cash are accepted.
Check in time is between 4 and 7.30 - Check out time is 11am
For early or late arrivals, please email us in advance.
Cancellation Policies
If you cancel more than 45 days before arrival, the deposit is refundable minus a €25 administrative fee.
If you cancel between 45 and the reservation dates, the full deposit is not refundable.
If you are able to find another client to rent the apartment during your dates, there would be only the €25 administrative fee.
