Description

The beach and restaurants are close and the two heated pools are even closer. This first floor, 800 square foot condo sleeps four, with one queen bed, two twins and two bathrooms.

The manicured lawn and hibiscus trees feel like part of the lanai as you sit at the table enjoying the view of palm trees against the blue sky.

In the photos of the kitchen, see the buttons on the icemaker? None of them say, “Ice for cocktails on the lanai as the sun goes down,” but maybe one should because there’s no better place to enjoy the fragrant evening breeze after another full day of Marco Island’s endless activities.

The kitchen comes with everything you need for your lanai beverage of choice. You’ve got a coffee grinder and coffee maker, a kettle, an ice tea maker and a blender. For breakfast, there’s a waffle maker and juicer. And when you see the big screen television, you’ll be glad to know there’s also a popcorn maker. As you can see, “fully stocked” is an understatement with this kitchen. It’s got all the appliances, cookware and utensils you need for every meal of the day.

The living room is comfortably furnished and designed with an island style décor, with tropical touches like pineapple lamps and paintings of sea birds. Even the wooden blades of the ceiling fan are carved into the shape of palm fronds. The sliding glass window fills the entire wall with an image of palm trees against the sky.

The unit comes with air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, a washer and dryer and plenty of ways to enjoy yourself, like Free wi-fi, 3-D television, surround sound, a PlayStation 3 and televisions in the bedrooms, not to mention the Mariner’s two heated pools on spacious brick patios surrounded by palm trees.

The unit also includes a beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella for the brief, pleasant walk to the warm sands and turquoise water of the Marco Island beach, which can be accessed using the access point located at the intersection of South Collier Boulevard and Maple Avenue.

After the beach, you’re just a short walk from some of Marco Island’s favorite restaurants, like NeNe’s, Doreen’s Cup of Joe, Joey’s Pizza and Thai Sushi By KJ.
