Marco Island is a year-round sub-tropical paradise located on the S.W. Gulf Coast of Florida, just south of Naples and on the fringes of the Everglades.
While on Marco Island you'll enjoy collecting shells and watching for dolphins during your wonderful strolls along the four mile beach. Quaint shops, wonderful restaurants, a movie theater, and grocery stores are all right on the island. Championship golf is just minutes away. The boutiques and restaurants of Naples are just 20 minutes away. Boating, water sports, and fishing excursions are all available at the beach.

Every facet of my stay was of the highest quality, from the accommodations to the cleanliness to the convenience. The view is breathtaking, the unit spotless, the staff pleasant and the exterior grounds manicured to a tee. We are repeat renters and would not hesitate to rent again. In fact, this is about the eighth time I have stayed at this unit. I should also note that arranging for our trip was handled very efficiently. We waited for no answers to questions and found them to be very interested and accommodating to our needs. Great stay, great people!

South Seas is my favorite location on the beach! The exquisite walk down Tiger Tail Beach makes you feel like you are out on a deserted island!!
The views are spectacular and interesting... you can watch the sunset over the gulf and you can keep an eye on the wildlife activity in the Tiger Tail lagoon!
The condo was in great shape and is updated wonderfully!
I highly recommend south seas!!
