South Seas Condominiums is ranked second as Specialty Lodging in Marco Island on Trip Advisor. Marco Island is the largest of Florida’s Ten Thousand Islands and is a year-round sub-tropical paradise located on the S.W. Gulf Coast of Florida, just south of Naples and boarders the Everglades National Park. Once in Marco Island, you will see that our South Seas Condominium is centrally located with a 44 ft. wrap around deck which showcases ocean views and spectacular breath taking colored splashed sunsets which bid you farewell to another day in paradise. You will have the luxury of direct beach access, a soothing heated pool, and also a fitness room, tennis courts and nearby golfing and charter fishing along with more than a 100 restaurants offering diverse cuisines and fresh local seafood dishes.

Getting around

My restaurant's and stores are within a couple mile walk . Joeys Pizza, The Esplanade (bars & restaurants) along with shopping plazas. Automobile access to old Naples for dining and shopping, also drove down to the evetglades...

Interaction with guest

South Seas is a very friendly place to hang out at the pool and meet new people. To people watch, Sunday at Stans in Goodlamd is always a treat. Olde Naples is also a wonderful place for people watching and an unofficial car show.

““Magnificent Marco Island””

This place was everything we had hoped for and more! The owner Doug was very helpful and responsive. He made us feel right at home. This was our first trip to Marco and hopefully not our last.
