As a guest at the South Seas Condominiums, you will have the security of a guarded gated community located on beautifully maintained tropical grounds along with optional boat docking for all fishing enthusiasts. With direct access to the beach, head north and enjoy a peaceful walk along a protected nature sanctuary with an incredible array of native birds and other indigenous wildlife. To the south of the Condo, you are minutes away from the adventures of Parasailing or the enjoyment of a tropical drink at a restaurant or at a bar on the beach.
Being a wing unit our condo offers an additional wall of glass and a wrap around balcony. Our freshly painted, 1100 square foot 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo is fully equipped with all the comforts of home. The living room offers a new leather sleeper sofa and love seat set with a 46 inch HD TV/DVD, Bose surround sound speaker system, free Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a Ipod docking station. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to serve an intimate dinner or host a cocktail party. The dining room allows either the formal or informal dining experience while guests can experience picturesque views of Palm Trees and sandy white beaches. For sleeping arrangements the master suite has a new king size bedroom set and the second bedroom suite offers both a new queen size bedroom set along with a hideaway bed and the pull out sofa in the living room.. All linens and bath towels are provided along with beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach cart with a cooler for the day at the beach or at the pool. Ample parking included.
