Description

There are ordinary ocean views and then there are sweeping views of a coastline of white silken sands and turquoise ocean that seem to extend forever, the kind of view that leaves people speechless and makes jaws drop in disbelief. That’s the view you have from the balcony of this 1,100 square foot, 16th floor beachfront condo. It sleeps five, with one king bed, one queen, one twin and two bathrooms.

The balcony is furnished with enough tables and chairs for everyone to sit in comfort, cooled by ocean trade winds, watching seabirds swoop down to the shore break as the sun casts palm tree shadows on the beach grass. It can’t possibly get any more beautiful, you think to yourself. But the setting sun begs to differ. You have just enough time to make a tray of cocktails and come back to the balcony as the sun drops beneath the horizon, coloring the sky a brilliant orange.

The South Seas surrounds you with deluxe amenities, and you can find them below in the green oasis of palms with a heated pool in the center. The spacious pool deck is filled with sun loungers and tables shaded by tiki huts. Paths wind through the manicured gardens, alongside hedges and hibiscus bushes, taking you to the tennis courts beside Clam Bay. Another path leads to shuffleboard and bocce ball. You can also work out in the fitness center, cook on the charcoal grills or enjoy daily activities in the social room.

The comfortable interior of the unit is the ideal complement to the ocean view. Light hues, floral fabrics and palm tree prints on the wall create a feeling of coastal tranquility.

The bright, airy kitchen features a recessed ceiling and comes with all the modern appliances and cooking supplies you need to entertain guests or serve a family dinner on the stylish dinning room table on the white-tiled floor.

The bedrooms give you plenty of closet and dresser space and sliding glass doors let you fall asleep to the sound of soft crashing waves and a vision of the coastline lit up by the moon.

The unit comes with comfort-enhancing features like air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels and beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and beach cart to carry everything.
